For outdoor sessions across Brent, Ealing we can meet you on a walk your dog already knows, so the session feels natural and your animal stays relaxed. Owners can be in the pictures too, with the easy affection between you and your animal rather than stiff posing. Small details bring a pet portrait to life, a raised paw, a tongue out, a sleepy blink, and we wait for them.
Nervous pets are given time to settle before the camera comes out, and that is where experience shows. We stay calm when an animal does not, and simply give it time before trying again.

I took my elderly parents to have photos path the grandchildren. The whole experience from photo shoot to choosing and picking up the photos was amazing. Kaushik was polite helpful and friendly and made all the kids and my elderly parents feel comfortable. They all enjoyed the experience and the photos were amazing. He even delivered them home on Christmas Eve!

A dog from Park Royal would usually be photographed well away from the traffic of Western Avenue and the North Circular, on a path or open ground where it can sniff about before we start. - Hanger Hill Park, in the Ealing ward of Hanger Hill, an area whose nearest Underground stations include Park Royal and Hanger Lane, includes a fragment of oak woodland that is now a nature reserve. 3
- Fox Wood, off Fox Lane and Hillcrest Road near Hanger Lane station, is one of Ealing's few remaining woodlands; its northern end, with ancient woodland species, became a Local Nature Reserve in 1991. 4

Not at all, and it happens with plenty of dogs. We go along with a lively dog's energy, picking out its character between games. Energetic dogs can have action shots too, caught mid-leap or mid-run. A great portrait does not depend on stillness.
Of course. Horses and ponies can be photographed at their stables or in the field, and rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets are welcome at the studio. Whatever the animal, we stay patient and calm, drawing out its personality without hurrying it.

The studio at The Broadway, 21 Joel St, Northwood HA6 1NU is around 8 miles from Park Royal, and pets are welcome to settle in before we start. Pet sittings there are booked ahead like any portrait session, and passport and ID photos, prints, frames, restoration and digitising are all handled on site. We open from 10:30 to 18:00 on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 13:00 to 18:00 on Sundays, so a weekend pet session is easy to arrange.
