Kaushik lets your pet get used to him and the camera before the serious pictures start, then works at their eye level with treats and toys to catch alert expressions. You can step into a few frames with your pet or stay behind the camera waving the treat.
Afterwards you browse an online gallery and pick the images you love. Those are gently retouched, keeping the coat colour and eyes true to life, and delivered as files or as prints, frames and canvases.

Beautiful family photos, everyone was made to feel comfortable and relaxed so we got lovely photos with everyone smiling and happy. Photographs are beautiful. Thank you!
We’ve been having pictures taken by Kaushik over 15 years. Very professional and brilliant pictures
We had a large family photoshoot to do which can always be tricky. Kaushik was absolutely fantastic with a myriad of toys and noises to get smiles out of the little ones (they are still talking about the mouse on a stick!). Kaushik took the various different combinations we wanted and positioned each one expertly.
What we offer
Big outdoor sessions in Alexandra Park, once the required photography permit is arranged.
Calmer settings in Woodside Park or Ducketts Common for animals that dislike crowds.
Local and experienced
Lights and background are ready before the animal arrives, so its limited attention goes on play rather than waiting around. Nothing is thrown, squeaked or rattled until the camera settings are already correct, because the best reaction is always the first one and it does not come twice.
Cats, dogs, rabbits, kittens, guinea pigs, puppies and horses can all be photographed, and other animals are worth asking about. Once you have chosen favourites, they can be ordered as prints, framed pictures or canvases ready to hang.

Good to know
Cats, dogs, puppies, kittens, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses and plenty of others. We happily photograph almost any pet and are always glad to discuss an unusual one before you book. Whatever the animal, we bring the same patience, quick reflexes and genuine affection to every session.
Of course. Whatever the species, each session goes at the animal's own speed, so its personality comes through without stress.
Yes. Besides the edited online gallery, your best pet pictures can be ordered as fine prints, framed pieces or canvases ready to hang. We can advise on the size and finish that will look right in your room.
Yes. Several pets from the same home can be photographed as a group and one at a time. Mixed groups of cats and dogs are welcome, and we take the time to get everyone looking the right way at the right moment. Bringing a helper for each pet can make it easier.
Serving Wood Green
It sits close to Haringey and Hornsey, which we cover too.
Wood Green's High Road is busy, so pet photographs usually work better at home or in Alexandra Park, where photographers need a permit from the park. Owners travelling by rail have the Tube at Wood Green and trains at Alexandra Palace, though for most pets the session simply comes to the house. Sessions on location near Wood Green can use Alexandra Park, with Alexandra Palace close at hand.
More in Wood Green
Beyond pets, any Wood Green session is shot by the same photographer with the same calm, steady pace. Explore the rest: we also cover pet photography across Greater London, including Cowley, West Drayton, Cockfosters, Mill Hill, Stanmore and Pinner Green.
Pet owners in Wood Green can choose between a big landscape and a small, quiet park. Alexandra Park has 196 acres of grass, woodland and paths around the palace, and on a clear evening its slopes give a dog the space to run while London spreads out behind. Before planning a session there, remember that Alexandra Palace requires photographers to obtain a permit for the park, and that drones need separate approval. Woodside Park, around George Meehan House, is calmer, which helps a nervous animal settle, and Ducketts Common by Turnpike Lane station offers meadow grass that photographs beautifully at ground level in summer. Getting down to your pet's eye line is what makes these pictures feel intimate, so a dry patch of ground and a towel are worth having. Bring high-value treats, a toy that squeaks and, if your pet pulls, a long lead so your pet can roam safely while staying under control. Energetic animals benefit from a run first; elderly or anxious ones from a short, unhurried session. Owners can join in or stay out of shot, and the animal always sets the pace.
