Mandap and havan are supported, and where the mandap sits is a sightline decision before a decorative one.

Civil ceremonies are covered too. The centre is on Brent's approved-premises register, approval recorded as running until 23 March 2027. Which rooms that covers, and the maximum legal ceremony capacity, are not stated. Confirm both with the venue and the Brent register office.

Catering you must settle in writing, because the sources contradict each other:

• The venue promotes its own kitchens: "master chefs curate authentic Patidar delicacies alongside gourmet international dishes".
• One directory says external catering is permitted.
• A blog says there is a preferred caterer list, with a kitchen-access charge.

The centre was built by and for the Shree Sattavis Gam Patidar Samaj (Europe), a registered charity, no. 1051926, registered 15 January 1996, whose stated purposes include promoting Gujarati language, literature, history, culture and tradition. That is community ownership, not a hospitality group, and it shows in how the ceremony spaces are described. Open House recognises the building as one of London's "great buildings", and the venue's About page credits an award-winning team of architects and designers. Hire is marketed publicly. Whether Samaj members get priority or better rates is not published.
