The short answer
For couples marrying in Wembley, Kaushik Bathia offers award winning wedding photography, with more than twenty five years of experience and over a thousand weddings behind the camera. Our method is simple: we follow the day rather than direct it, so what you see later is how it actually felt, not a version we staged. Whatever your wedding looks like in Wembley, a church service, a register office, a country house, a barn or a hotel, and whatever your traditions, we photograph the whole day as it happens. Five European Gold awards sit alongside a quarter of a century of experience, so you can trust both the craft and the steadiness we bring to your day. You can add an engagement shoot, a second photographer and hand finished albums, and we are glad to travel across Greater London and beyond, so wherever your day is held it is well within reach.
Grand banqueting suites cluster within a short distance of each other in this hugely diverse district of the London Borough of Brent, and that changes how a long wedding day is covered. Sattavis Patidar Centre, The Clay Oven Banqueting Suites, Hilton London Wembley, Holiday Inn London Wembley and Wembley International Hotel all sit near the stadium, so a ceremony at one and a reception at another is a manageable transfer rather than a lost hour. Wembley Stadium and its signature arch give a background nowhere else can, best used sparingly and late in the day. King Edward VII Park is the green space for family groups. Wembley Park station on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, with Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations nearby, brings guests in from Preston, Tokyngton and Stonebridge. A second photographer is worth booking when numbers run high.
Serving Wembley
Wembley is a hugely diverse area. We work everywhere from parish churches and register offices to marquee gardens and boutique hotels, covering Harrow, Sudbury and Alperton and the surrounding parts of Greater London. However your ceremony unfolds, in a chapel, a barn or a hotel garden room, we stay quietly at the edges and let the words and the looks between you speak for themselves.
Between courses there is a natural lull when guests wander outside, and that is often when the loveliest unguarded photographs of the day are quietly available. We keep direction to a minimum, offering just enough for you to feel at ease in front of the lens while the honesty of the moment stays intact. We shoot loosely and instinctively, following the energy of the room, so the collection you receive moves at the same pace the day actually did.
We have photographed many weddings in and around Wembley. Wembley is a hugely diverse area, and couples from nearby Sudbury and Neasden often ask us to cover their day here too. Venues we know well in and near Wembley include The Clay Oven Banqueting Suites, Sattavis Patidar Centre and Wembley International Hotel.
Wembley is a hugely diverse district of the London Borough of Brent, home to major Hindu temples, gurdwaras and grand banqueting suites near the stadium. Wembley Park station on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, with Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations nearby. We often take couples to King Edward VII Park, a green space in the heart of Wembley for a few quiet portraits, and Wembley Stadium, the national football stadium with its signature arch is a lovely backdrop nearby.

What we offer
A relaxed pre-wedding shoot lets us get to know each other and helps you feel at ease in front of the camera.
As the lights drop and the dancing starts, we keep working to catch the energy of the party in full swing.
We frame the first dance to hold both of you and the faces around you, keeping the whole feeling of it.
Every kind of wedding
When the ceremony is outdoors, the biggest risk is harsh overhead sun on your faces at noon, so we suggest angling the seating or the arch before anyone sits down. Stained glass throws strong colour onto skin, which looks lovely to the eye and strange in a photograph, so we correct for it frame by frame rather than in bulk. As you take your seats and the ceremony begins, we are already positioned, ready for the first look, the tears and the small unguarded reactions.
Between the set pieces there are portraits of just the two of you, and we keep those short and natural so you can slip back to the party quickly. Long before the wedding, an engagement or pre-wedding shoot lets us get to know you, so the camera feels familiar by the time the day arrives. Group shots need not be stiff, and we keep them relaxed and quick, gathering families in good humour so nobody stands about waiting in the sun.

The whole celebration
We build the timeline around the light as well as the schedule, so portraits and early moments fall when the day looks its most flattering. The morning sets the emotional tone, and we photograph it gently, catching a parent's proud look or a friend fastening a difficult button.
Our meal break is when cards are backed up and batteries changed, and being fed at the same time as your guests means we are ready when the speeches begin. We take care that the calm and the joyful sit side by side in your gallery, so the finished story holds the full range of how the day felt.
Why choose us
We have photographed weddings since 2001, and in that time we have learned to read a running order quickly and to keep things moving gently when the schedule slips. The most useful thing twenty-five years buys you is knowing what to abandon. When a day runs an hour late, the family groups shrink and the couple portraits stay.
Ceremony in one town and reception in another is a pattern we handle smoothly, planning the gap so the pictures never stop, whether that is within Harrow, Sudbury and Alperton or across Greater London. Multi-location days, with a ceremony in one place and a reception in another, are something we plan carefully, whether that is within Harrow, Sudbury and Alperton or across Greater London.

Where we travel
Long journeys and remote settings suit us well, and weddings across Harrow, Sudbury and Alperton and the further reaches of Greater London are all within easy reach. A day that moves between two or three venues asks for careful timing, and we sort the route and the schedule well before we leave for Harrow, Sudbury and Alperton.

Good to know
Yes, and it is a popular addition. A second photographer lets us split up to document both of you during preparations, shoot the ceremony from more than one angle, and gather spontaneous reactions from your guests. When a wedding is large or spans several days, having a second shooter genuinely enriches how full and complete your final gallery feels. Outdoors in Wembley we like King Edward VII Park, a green space in the heart of Wembley.
Awards are a reassurance rather than the whole story. Our five European Gold awards reflect years of consistent, careful work, but what matters most is that you love your own photographs. We are proud of the recognition; even so, your happiness with the finished images will always be the real measure for us. This applies across Wembley and Preston, Tokyngton and Stonebridge.
We deliver everything via a private online gallery of high-resolution photographs, accessible from a phone, tablet or computer, so you can download and share them with everyone you love. Because the files are full size, they print beautifully. And should you ever misplace them, we keep a backup for a while after handover. Venues we know near Wembley include The Clay Oven Banqueting Suites and Sattavis Patidar Centre.
Nerves are completely normal, and nearly every couple feels the same at first. Because we work mainly in a documentary way, most of the day asks nothing of you, so you soon forget we are there. An engagement shoot beforehand is a gentle way to practise, and by the wedding the camera feels far more familiar. Getting to Wembley is straightforward for us: Wembley Park station on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, with Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations nearby.
Rain is no reason to worry, and some of our favourite images come from wet days. We scout indoor backdrops and covered spots in advance, keep a few clear umbrellas ready and adapt the timing so portraits happen during any dry window. British weather rarely ruins a day, and it often adds atmosphere. Locally in Wembley that takes in Wembley Stadium, the national football stadium with its signature arch.
You get the whole edited collection, telling the day's story right through from start to finish, never a reduced taster. The only things we discard are test frames, blinks and near-repeats, which serve no purpose for you. What you are left with is a full, high-resolution gallery covering every moment of the celebration. Wembley landmarks we photograph near include Wembley Stadium, the national football stadium with its signature arch.
Yes, more than most couples expect. After a quarter of a century and well over a thousand weddings, very little is unfamiliar to us, so we can anticipate what is about to happen and keep calm when the plan wanders. That steadiness is exactly what lets you relax and trust the day to safe hands. Wembley is easy to reach: Wembley Park station on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, with Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations nearby.
