The ijab-e-qubool, the proposal and acceptance said three times, seals the marriage, and we capture it with care. We keep our distance during the most sacred moments and step in only for the joyful ones. We photograph the blessings and the prayers of the imam with reverence.

From the henna of the mehndi to the music of the dholki, the events set the tone for the wedding. The reception and walima are the joyful finale, with speeches, family and dancing. The mehndi night is full of colour, music and dancing, and often holds the warmest moments of all.
