So we kneel, and knees set the limit on how long one position can be held. The angles available are all oblique, so faces arrive in profile or three quarters, and catching both at once is rare. Plan for light that cannot be added to: a fast lens, a higher sensitivity, grain preferred over any flash.
Hands, the palla and the faces of parents end up carrying the morning more than the couple themselves. Four circuits sound like four chances at the same photograph, but the room does not hold still. People stand as it goes on, so a sightline open at the first is gone by the fourth. Milni happens outside and in bursts, in an order the families already know and a photographer usually does not, so ask for it the week before. At langar it is the serving that photographs well, not the eating.
