Waltham Forest is a green east London borough and former Borough of Culture. We are used to multi-venue days throughout Greater London, moving smoothly between Redbridge, Haringey. Whether at a temple, a kalyana mandapam or a banqueting suite, we work quietly around the priests and the homam.
We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind the thali and the saptapadi. We are a reassuring, familiar presence, so everyone relaxes and the oonjal songs flow naturally. We anticipate each ritual, so the kashi yatra, the oonjal and the saptapadi are never missed.
From our London base we travel across Greater London for Tamil weddings, and Waltham Forest, a green east London borough and former Borough of Culture, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Wandsworth and Wealdstone. Waltham Forest and the towns around it offer venues such as William Morris Gallery, The Great Hall and Chambers and Fellowship Square, all familiar to us.
