For relaxed couple photographs, we like Victoria Park in the north of the borough, one of London's oldest public parks, and Canary Wharf financial district and the historic Tower of London on its western edge gives the day a strong sense of Tower Hamlets.

We anticipate the muhurtham, the auspicious hour that sets the pace of the whole ceremony. The ammi midithal and the paalikai each have their place, and we capture them as they happen. From the kanyadaanam to the saptapadi, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely.

The reception is the joyful finale, with the couple greeting hundreds of guests. The nadaswaram and thavil players fill the venue with music, and we photograph them at work. The grihapravesam welcomes the bride into her new home, and we are there for it.
