From our London base we travel across Greater London for Asian weddings, and Tower Hamlets, an east London borough taking in the Docklands, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Uxbridge and Waltham Forest. In and around Tower Hamlets, we have photographed at venues such as Town Hall Hotel, Museum of London Docklands and Young V&A.

For pre-wedding and couple portraits, we love spots such as Victoria Park in the north of the borough, one of London's oldest public parks, with Canary Wharf financial district and the historic Tower of London on its western edge close by for a striking backdrop.

Honouring every faith's customs

We photograph the seven steps of the saptapadi and the couple's first steps as a married pair. The garland exchange, when the couple meet with the jaimala, is a moment of pure joy we love to photograph. The kanyadaan and the joining of hands at the mandap are photographed with quiet care.

We photograph the milni, when the two families meet, with all of its warmth. For Muslim families the walima is a warm celebration in its own right, and we cover it in full. The haldi or pithi is full of colour and play, and often holds the warmest, most natural moments.
