Three days across two or three buildings is mostly a logistics problem. The ceremonies are the safest hours in the whole run, because somebody else is in charge of them and they take place where they are meant to. What goes wrong is the space in between: a car that leaves late, an outfit change nobody allowed for, a loading door locked at the second building when the flowers turn up.
Guests can arrive easily on Thameslink trains to Elstree & Borehamwood station, but suppliers still come by road, and loading is where a day slips. Ask who is unloading what, and when, at every building you are using. Then work the schedule backwards out of the one hour that cannot move. Everything else across several days will bend if it must. That hour will not, and every other decision ought to hang from it.
