The Mandap Ceremony
From the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and saptapadi around the agni, every ritual and its timing understood.
Experienced Hindu wedding photographer serving Esher, capturing the joy of the baraat and the devotion of the mandap alike, told honestly and gathered into an album to treasure.
Serving Esher
Esher is an affluent Surrey town with grand venues. Across Surrey, including Walton-on-Thames, Cobham and Thames Ditton, we photograph the colour and devotion of every ritual. From Esher we cover weddings right across Surrey, at temples, hotels, marquees and banqueting suites.
We are at ease with large, multi-day celebrations and intimate ceremonies alike. We follow your family's customs closely and photograph them exactly as you keep them. We balance documentary coverage with a few quiet portraits, so your album holds both energy and elegance.
Wherever your venues are across Esher and Surrey, we plan the route and the timings in advance. Esher is an affluent Surrey town with grand venues. We also photograph in nearby Cobham and Leatherhead.

What we offer
From the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and saptapadi around the agni, every ritual and its timing understood.
The haldi, mehndi and sangeet, where the warmest, most natural moments often happen.

Every tradition
We anticipate the muhurat, the auspicious hour that sets the pace of the ceremony. We photograph the lighting of the havan and the blessings of the pandit with respect. We photograph the kanyadaan and the joining of hands at the mandap with quiet care.
The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it. From the turmeric of the haldi to the music of the sangeet, the events set the tone for the wedding. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention.

The whole celebration
A Gujarati celebration might open with the mandvo and grah shanti, followed by the pithi. The early events are full of warmth and laughter, and we photograph them with the same care as the ceremony.
Whether the wedding and reception are on the same day or spread across a weekend, we plan for it. From the morning preparations to the final dance, we give every part of the day the same care.
Why choose us
We are trusted with celebrations of every size, from intimate ceremonies to several hundred guests. We have built our reputation on reliability, warmth and a genuine love of the work.
We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them. We photograph weddings throughout the Home Counties, and Esher is firmly within the area we cover.

Where we travel
We are London-based and travel across Surrey and the wider region for Hindu weddings. Distance is never a problem; travelling to your venues is simply part of how we work.

Good to know
Most Hindu weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events.
Very. We photograph the pheras and the sacred fire from a respectful distance with quiet, long-lens work, so the ceremony is never disturbed.
Yes. We are comfortable photographing respectfully at temples and around the mandap, working quietly around the pandit and the sacred fire.
Yes. Our style is mainly documentary, but we will also gather a handful of timeless couple and family portraits so your album has both.
You will receive a small preview soon after the day, followed by your full edited gallery. We then design a hand-finished album that holds the whole story of your celebration.
