The Reception
The speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, captured to the very last guest.
Gujarati and Hindu wedding photography in Leighton Buzzard, from the colour of the mehndi to the tears and joy of the vidaai, with reverence for the rituals and an eye for the moments between them.
Serving Leighton Buzzard
Leighton Buzzard is a market town on the Bedfordshire and Bucks border. We regularly photograph Hindu weddings throughout Dunstable, Milton Keynes and Aylesbury and the surrounding part of Bedfordshire. We photograph at temples, mandaps and banqueting halls right across Bedfordshire.
We keep the calm of the mandap and the energy of the reception in equal measure. We capture the emotion of the day honestly, from the laughter of the sangeet to the tears of the vidaai. We arrive early, stay late and keep pace with every part of the celebration.
From our London base we travel across Bedfordshire for Hindu weddings, and Leighton Buzzard, a market town on the Bedfordshire and Bucks border, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Houghton Regis and Biggleswade.

What we offer
The speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, captured to the very last guest.
Fine prints and framed art to bring your favourite images home.
The most emotional moment of the day, photographed with great sensitivity and care.
Every tradition
We work quietly around the pandit so the ceremony at the mandap is never disturbed. The most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance with a quiet long lens. We photograph the mangalsutra and sindoor, the signs of the new marriage, with tenderness.
The sangeet is an evening of music and dance, and we capture all of its energy. The vidaai, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day. The griha pravesh welcomes the bride into her new home, and we are there for it.

The whole celebration
We tailor the hours to your events, whether it is one key day or a long weekend of celebrations. Many Hindu weddings begin days before the wedding with the Ganesh puja, the haldi and a mehndi.
Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue. We know the order and timing of the wedding day, so we are always in position for each ritual.
Why choose us
With twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings behind us, nothing about a Hindu ceremony surprises us. We bring the steadiness that only comes from photographing weddings for twenty-five years.
We factor in travel and timings carefully, so we are always where we need to be. Wherever your events take place across the Home Counties, we will be there in good time.

Where we travel
We are London-based and travel across Bedfordshire and the wider region for Hindu weddings. We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them.

Yes. We photograph North Indian, Punjabi and Marwari Hindu weddings, and know the order of the baraat, the milni, the varmala, the pheras and the vidaai.
Very much so. We know the mandap rituals by heart, from the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and the saptapadi, and we position ourselves so the sindoor and mangalsutra are always captured.
Yes. We understand that the auspicious muhurat sets the pace of the ceremony, and we plan our coverage around it so the pheras and saptapadi are always captured calmly and on time.
You will receive a small preview soon after the day, followed by your full edited gallery. We then design a hand-finished album that holds the whole story of your celebration.
