Serving Ruislip Manor
Ruislip Manor is a residential Hillingdon suburb. We photograph Tamil weddings across Greater London, including Ruislip, South Ruislip, at temples, kalyana mandapams and banqueting suites. Couples come to us from across London and the surrounding area, and Ruislip Manor is firmly on our patch.
We follow your family's customs closely, Iyer, Iyengar or Sri Lankan Tamil, and photograph them exactly as you keep them. We photograph the sacred and the joyful with equal care, the homam as faithfully as the nalangu. A long lens and a light touch let us capture the sacred muhurtham from a respectful distance from the homam.
Much of our work takes us across Greater London; Ruislip Manor, a residential Hillingdon suburb, and the towns around it, including Ruislip, South Ruislip, are very familiar to us. We also cover nearby Ruislip and South Ruislip. Venues we know well in and near Ruislip Manor include Manor Farm and Winston Churchill Hall.
A residential Hillingdon suburb of interwar housing between Ruislip and Eastcote. Served by Ruislip Manor station on both the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. For pre-wedding and couple portraits, we love spots such as Ruislip Woods National Nature Reserve, ancient woodland close to the north, with Manor Farm and its medieval Great Barn nearby, a designated heritage site close by for a striking backdrop.

What we offer
From the maalai maatral and kanyadaanam to the thali tying and saptapadi, every ritual and its timing understood.
The nichayathartham, mehndi and sumangali prarthanai, where the warmest moments often happen.
From the early muhurtham to the last of the reception, every ritual told as one story.
Every tradition
We keep our distance during the most solemn moments and step in only for the joyful ones. We photograph the kanyadaanam, the giving away of the bride, at the mandapam with quiet care. The blessings of the elders and the sammandhi mariyathai close the ceremony, and we capture them with warmth.
We document the nichayathartham and the engagement that begin the journey, when families ask us. The reception portraits and the receiving line are covered to the very last guest. The paalikai, when the seed pots are prepared, is a quiet, lovely ritual we cover with a gentle eye.

The whole celebration
The henna of the mehndi and the jasmine of the bride are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. The early events are full of warmth and laughter, and we photograph them with the same care as the ceremony.
For the busiest days, a second photographer covers two moments at once, the ceremony and the guests. The wedding day itself is a journey, from the early muhurtham and the kashi yatra to the saptapadi and the reception.
Why choose us
A thousand weddings in, we still find every muhurtham unique, and photograph it that way. Our long experience means a calm presence whatever the mandapam day brings.
We photograph across Greater London regularly, and travelling to a kalyana mandapam in Ruislip Manor is second nature. Distance is never a problem; reaching your temple, your kalyana mandapam and your reception is simply part of how we work.

Where we travel
An early muhurtham often means an early start on the road, and we plan the drive to the mandapam without fuss. Multi-venue days are never an issue; we plan the route and the early muhurtham timings in advance.
