Serving Buckingham
Buckingham is a historic market town with country venues. Across Buckinghamshire, including Milton Keynes, Brackley and Bicester, we photograph the colour and devotion of every Asian tradition. We cover the whole of the Home Counties, and Buckingham and the towns around it are well known to us.
We anticipate each ritual, whatever the tradition, so the key moments are never missed. We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind each ritual across every faith. Our approach is relaxed and documentary, so you can be present in your own wedding.
Wherever your venues are across Buckingham and Buckinghamshire, we plan the route and the timings in advance. Buckingham is a historic market town with country venues. We also photograph in nearby Amersham and Chesham. Close to Buckingham, we have worked at venues including Stowe House and Swanbourne House.
Buckingham is a historic market town on the River Great Ouse and was formerly the county town of Buckinghamshire. Buckingham has no railway station and is served by the A421 and A422 roads linking it to Milton Keynes, Bicester and Banbury. For relaxed couple photographs, we like Stowe Landscape Gardens, the National Trust gardens about three miles north west of the town, and Buckingham Old Gaol, a landmark building in the town centre now used as a museum gives the day a strong sense of Buckingham.

What we offer
Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim and Tamil ceremonies, with the rituals and rhythm of each understood.
From the morning preparations to the last dance, every event told as one story.
Hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your Asian celebration.
Every tradition
The muhurat and muhurtham, the auspicious hours, set the pace of the ceremony, and we plan around them. At a Hindu wedding, the pheras around the sacred fire seal the marriage, and we capture them close. For Tamil and South Indian families, the muhurtham and the tying of the thali are the sacred centre of the ceremony.
The mehndi or henna night is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. For Muslim families the walima is a warm celebration in its own right, and we cover it in full. The sangeet is an evening of music and rehearsed dance, and we capture all of its energy.

The whole celebration
The henna of the mehndi and the turmeric of the haldi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. We arrive in good time for each pre-wedding event and stay until the celebrations wind down.
On the wedding day, the baraat, the ceremony and the vows build to the farewell and the reception. We photograph the ceremony, the portraits and the reception in balance, so each is given its due.
