From mehndi to walima

We work quietly around the imam so the nikah is never disturbed. We photograph the blessings and the prayers of the imam with reverence. A female photographer can cover the ladies' side of the nikah, so the women's moments are not lost.

We capture the groom's arrival in procession, surrounded by celebrating family. The dholki brings evenings of singing and drumming before the wedding, and we photograph their energy. The mehndi night is full of colour, music and dancing, and often holds the warmest moments of all.
