Newham is a fast-changing east London borough. Grand estates, garden marquees, hotel ballrooms and quiet parish churches all appear in the weddings we shoot around Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham and across Greater London. From the walk down the aisle to the final blessing, we follow the ceremony as it happens, never staging a thing and never breaking its rhythm.

You will barely notice us for much of the day, and that is the point; the less we intrude, the more relaxed everyone stays in front of the lens. When we do gather you for couple portraits, we keep it brief and easy, walking and talking rather than posing, so the pictures still feel like you. We read a room before we lift the camera, learning where the warmth is and letting the true character of your day come through in the images.

Newham and the towns around it offer venues such as East Ham Town Hall, The Grove Banqueting and Crown Banqueting Suite, all familiar to us.

How we handle a multi-ceremony Newham celebration

Our approach to the ceremony is simple: watch closely, stay out of the way and record the promises exactly as you make them. Church, courtyard, clifftop or town hall, wherever you choose to make your promises, we frame the reactions on both sides and the quiet glance you share halfway through. We watch for the unguarded moments during the service, the shaking hands, the mouthed words, the parent wiping an eye, and hold them without interrupting anything.

The drinks reception is where the day loosens and the real laughter starts, so we move through the crowd and photograph the reunions and quiet chats as they happen. Long before the wedding, an engagement or pre-wedding shoot lets us get to know you, so the camera feels familiar by the time the day arrives. We photograph the speeches, the toasts and the quiet reactions around the room, then stay through the first dance and into the evening celebrations.
