Several restrict everything until the register appears. That answer wants to be in writing and in your hands early, then forwarded on, because the correct glass goes onto the body before anybody steps inside the room. A photographer discovering the rule at the door has already lost the only take there is.
Group photographs decide whether the middle of a day works. Write your list with names on it, because a line reading the aunts sends people hunting. Keep it short.
