Serving Barking and Dagenham
Barking and Dagenham is an east London borough by the river Roding. We regularly photograph Asian weddings throughout Newham, Redbridge and the surrounding part of Greater London. Your celebration in Barking and Dagenham is in experienced hands, from the first event to the last dance.
We take the time beforehand to understand your customs and the order of your events. We are a reassuring, familiar presence, so everyone relaxes and the day flows naturally. We work discreetly around the priest, the granthi or the imam, never intruding on a sacred moment.
Asian families across Newham, Redbridge trust us with their weddings, and Barking and Dagenham, an east London borough by the river Roding, is a place we return to often. We also cover nearby Barnet and Bexley. Venues we know well in and near Barking and Dagenham include Oasis Banqueting, Green Lane Banqueting and Crown Banqueting Suite.
An east London borough by the river Roding, home to the Becontree estate, one of the largest council-built estates in the world. Barking station serves the District, Hammersmith and City and c2c lines, with the A13 running through the borough into central London. When there is time for couple portraits, Central Park in Dagenham, opened in 1932 on former Eastbrook Farm land is a favourite, and Barking Abbey ruins and the 15th century Curfew Tower beside St Margaret's Church makes a memorable setting.

What we offer
Two families' customs blended and photographed with equal care.
The muhurtham and the tying of the thali, captured with care and respect.
For large celebrations, a second shooter covers the baraat and the preparations at once.
Every tradition
At a Muslim wedding, the nikah and the signing of the contract carry great dignity, and we cover them with respect. We work quietly around the priest, the granthi or the imam so the ceremony is never disturbed. From the kanyadaan to the saptapadi, or the first laav to the last, the ceremony tells its own story and we follow it.
We capture the lively baraat as the groom arrives, with the dhol, the dancing and the milni. The sangeet is an evening of music and rehearsed dance, and we capture all of its energy. We capture the family moments around the couple, not just the rituals.

The whole celebration
We tailor the hours to your events, whether it is one key day or a long weekend of celebrations. Whether your family keeps a haldi, a pithi, a mehndi or all of them, we photograph each as you keep it.
We capture the reception in full, the speeches, the first dance and the bhangra. We document the grand moments and the quiet ones in between, so nothing is lost.
Why choose us
With twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings behind us, nothing about an Asian celebration surprises us. We know the rhythm of a mandap, a gurdwara and a nikah alike, so the sacred moments are always captured.
We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them. We will travel to your temple, gurdwara, mosque, reception and pre-wedding events, wherever they are held.

Where we travel
We photograph weddings throughout London and the surrounding area, and Barking and Dagenham is firmly within the area we cover. We cover the whole of the UK for Asian weddings, so distance never stands in the way.
