Roll it up, stand the subject just inside the opening and put the camera outside, and the result is a source the width of the building, soft, directional and free of the ceiling. That matters because unit interiors run on overhead battens, and battens are the recurring difficulty in commercial work of this kind. They cast a colour nothing else in the frame shares, they throw light straight down onto the top of the head, and at quick shutter speeds they band. We would switch them off rather than mix with them, light the space ourselves, and keep the shutter slow enough to stay clear of the flicker. Photographing a team consistently is a scheduling job as much as a lighting one. Staff on different shifts get photographed on different days, and a team page falls apart when one person is framed wider than the rest, so we mark the standing position, hold one lens at one distance, and record the setup so a second visit matches the first. Where the subject is a vehicle or a shopfront, overcast is the day to want. Direct sun turns half a shutter front black.
