Serving St Albans
Looking for an Asian wedding photographer in St Albans? St Albans is a historic cathedral city with a range of banqueting venues. We photograph Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim and Tamil weddings across Hatfield, Harpenden and London Colney, at temples, gurdwaras, mosques, banqueting suites and marquees, capturing the colour, ritual and emotion of every event.
From the mehndi and sangeet to the ceremony and reception, we document the whole celebration with a calm, unobtrusive eye. We are based in Northwood Hills in NW London and travel across Hertfordshire and the wider region for Asian weddings. Multi-day celebrations are our speciality and distance is never a problem.

What we offer
Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim and Tamil ceremonies. We know the rituals and the rhythm of each.
Mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception across several days, with second photographers for large events.
Beautifully bound, hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your celebration.
Every tradition
Every Asian wedding has its own rhythm, and we photograph each one on its own terms. For Hindu and Gujarati families we cover the mandap and the pheras around the sacred fire, the garland exchange and the emotion of the vidaai as the bride leaves home.
For Sikh couples we document the Anand Karaj and the laavan with the calm the Guru Granth Sahib deserves; for Muslim families the dignity of the nikah and the warmth of the walima; and for Tamil and South Indian weddings the tying of the thali. Whatever your family keeps, we have photographed it many times in and around St Albans.

The whole celebration
Asian weddings rarely fit into a single afternoon, and we love that. The story often begins days earlier with the mehndi, the henna and the laughter of the women around the bride, and the sangeet, with its rehearsed dances and late-night music.
Then comes the haldi, the baraat and the ceremony itself, followed by the speeches, the reception and the first dance. We can photograph a single key event or several days from beginning to end, and for the largest celebrations in St Albans we bring a second photographer so nothing is missed.
Why choose us
With twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings behind us, we are completely at home with the scale and energy of an Asian wedding, the early starts, the baraat and the hundreds of guests, and we never miss the moments that matter in St Albans.

Good to know
Yes. We travel to St Albans and across Hertfordshire for Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim and Tamil weddings. Asian weddings are our speciality and distance is never a problem.
We photograph Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Punjabi, Muslim, Tamil and mixed-faith weddings, and are familiar with the rituals and timings of each.
Absolutely. We regularly cover mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception across several days in St Albans, with additional photographers for the largest celebrations.
You will receive a small preview soon after the wedding, with your full edited gallery and album to follow. Asian weddings produce thousands of frames, so careful editing takes a little time and is well worth the wait.
It depends on the size of your celebration. Many weddings are covered beautifully by one photographer, but for large multi-event days in St Albans we bring a second so the baraat outside and the preparations inside are both captured.
