Ghara gharoli sends the women out for water before the wedding, and we follow the pot, the singing and the return, since these small processions photograph far better than anyone expects. The kalire are tied above the choora with a shake and a wish, and we photograph the moment they are rattled over the unmarried girls to see who might be next. Ghodi charhna is short and noisy, and we photograph the groom mounting the mare while his sister holds the reins for the vaag phrai and collects her due before letting him go.
