The Grand Ballroom and the Meridian Ballroom are pillar-free with seven-metre ceilings, and the venue also has an indoor space with a retractable roof. With the roof open, light falls from above rather than through one glazed wall, so it holds steadier through a morning instead of swinging across the room.
