Small children hand a photographer two decent stretches of cooperation and very little past them, so the first is spent on the arranged group frame while collars still sit straight, and the second on everything unarranged. A third attempt at either produces nothing anyone keeps.
Winter sessions move to Northwood instead, where it is warm and nobody is racing the light. Every edited frame is delivered, not a selected few, and you can print them yourself, at any size, without asking us.

I love his services, he was very very patient even though we got there late he still took his time capturing a very good family pictures. He also gave us time to satisfy our 6months old one in order to capture her great smile despite the fact that it was passed his closing hours. Open spaces such as Hervines Park and Chesham Bois Common suit a family session in Amersham, and knowing what each offers saves a wasted trip. Hervines Park has a large recreation ground and a children's playground, while Chesham Bois Common is mixed woodland with long grassy rides and a cricket pitch. There is nothing for sale on the common, so anything likely to keep a four year old going for the next hour arrives in a bag you packed yourself. Older children who want something to do rather than something to stand still for tend to do better on the walk down into Old Amersham, where there is at least a street to look at, than on another twenty minutes of open grass. Little Chalfont and Coleshill are covered as well. If the day turns out to be one where nobody is cooperating, we would sooner move it to another date than spend an hour proving the point.
