Serving Lewisham
Lewisham is a south-east London borough. We know the venues of London and the surrounding area well, and move easily between the ceremony and reception across Greenwich, Bromley. We cover the whole of London and the surrounding area, and Lewisham and the towns around it are well known to us.
We read the rhythm of a Hindu celebration and are always in the right place at the right time. We arrive early, stay late and keep pace with every part of the celebration. We let the day unfold at its own pace and meet it with a quiet, watchful eye.
We travel throughout Greater London for mandap ceremonies, and Lewisham is one we know well. We also photograph in nearby Merton and Newham. Around Lewisham we regularly photograph at JK Banquet Hall and The Garden of Lewisham, among others.
A diverse south-east London borough that was named London Borough of Culture for 2022. Served by Lewisham station and DLR terminus, with the A20 running through the borough. For portraits away from the celebration, Manor House Gardens in Lee works beautifully, and The Horniman Museum and Gardens at Forest Hill adds a real sense of place.

What we offer
From the morning puja to the last dance of the reception, every event told as one story.
For large mandap days, a second shooter covers the baraat and the bridal prep at once.
The speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, captured to the very last guest.
Every tradition
We photograph the lighting of the havan and the blessings of the pandit with respect. The exchange of garlands high above the guests is a moment of laughter and joy, and we are ready for it. The pheras around the agni, each carrying a vow, are the heart of the ceremony, and we capture them close.
The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. The reception is the joyful finale, with speeches, the first dance and the bhangra. The griha pravesh welcomes the bride into her new home, and we are there for it.

The whole celebration
The turmeric of the haldi and the henna of the mehndi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. We tailor the hours to your events, whether it is one key day or a long weekend of celebrations.
Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue. We know the order and timing of the wedding day, so we are always in position for each ritual.
