The signatures of the witnesses that complete the nikah-nama are captured with care. For many families the qazi conducts the ceremony, and we photograph it exactly as you keep it. We keep our distance during the most sacred moments and step in only for the joyful ones.

The henna of the mehndi is intricate and detailed, and we photograph both the design and the laughter around it. The mehndi, the dholki and the walima each carry their own mood, and we photograph them all. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention.
