For Iver Heath
The animal sets the pace. Kaushik lets each pet explore first, then works in short bursts with treats, sounds and toys to catch alert expressions and natural movement. Older and anxious animals get longer pauses and a quieter approach.
Afterwards an online gallery lets you pick favourite pet portraits with no pressure. Selected photographs are retouched gently and supplied for screens and print, and framed prints, canvases and albums are available for the wall.

Having had Mr Bathia to do our family studio photos with our first child, we again went for him second time round with our second child 5 years later. He is extremely good in getting our girls attention to capture lovely photos. He is a great photographer and would definitely recommend him.
I would HIGHLY recommend Northwood Hills Studios to anyone who wants to do family photos or special occasion photos.
Me and my family are coming to this studio since last year to have our Christmas picture taken. We've been this year and for sure we are gonna come next year!!!
What we offer
Woodland and lakeside sessions at Black Park, planned around the county park rules.
Parkland and arboretum settings at Langley Park for a calmer, open look.
Calm studio sittings in Northwood suit cats, rabbits and rescue animals that startle easily.
25+ years behind the lens
The approach is calm and patient, giving a nervous dog or a shy cat time to settle before the camera comes up. Kaushik is as comfortable on the studio floor with a puppy as kneeling in a muddy park to catch a dog mid-leap.
The edited gallery follows quickly, so there is no long wait to see your pet's pictures. Prints, framed pieces and canvases can all be ordered, so favourite frames can go straight onto your walls.

Good to know
Yes. Nervous and rescue cats are usually best photographed in the studio, which is quiet, enclosed and shielded from sudden noises. The cat is given time to explore before any photographs are taken, and there is no attempt to force a pose. Bring their own carrier, a familiar blanket and treats they enjoy.
Yes. Several pets can be photographed together and individually in the same session. Group shots are attempted first, while everyone is calm and interested, and then each animal gets its own portraits. If your pets do not get on, they can be photographed separately and the images arranged side by side.
Absolutely. Photographs of an older pet often become the most precious ones, a record of a companion who has been part of the family for years. The session is kept short and gentle, with rest whenever it is needed, and the studio is often the most comfortable choice for stiff joints.
Yes. After choosing your favourite images from the online gallery, you can order professional prints, framed prints, canvases and albums. Each one is made from the retouched file, so colour and fine detail stay true. If you are unsure what size suits a wall, ask for advice when you make your selection.
Yes. Owners and family members are welcome in the pictures, and many of the most affecting images show the bond between a pet and its people. The family can join for some of the session and the pet can have the rest to itself, outdoors near Iver Heath or in the studio.
Serving Iver Heath
Iver Heath, the south Buckinghamshire village beside Pinewood Studios, is about 6 miles from the studio. It sits close to Iver and Uxbridge, which we cover too. Iver Heath pets can be photographed in Northwood or outdoors, perhaps in Black Park or Langley Park.
Iver Heath grew up around Heatherden Hall, a Victorian house whose grounds became Pinewood Studios in 1936. Owners travelling by train can reach Iver station on the Elizabeth line, south of Iver Heath in Richings Park. For outdoor pet sessions, Black Park Country Park beside Pinewood has woodland and heathland, though dogs must keep away from the fenced heathland and out of the Foxley Copse dog-free picnic area.

Black Park Country Park is the natural setting for a pet session near Iver Heath, with its lake, pine woods and heathland, but Buckinghamshire's country park rules shape where it can happen. Dogs must be kept away from the fenced heathland and out of the picnic area at Foxley Copse, where they are not permitted, and across the county's country parks dogs are restricted from livestock areas and play areas. That still leaves the woodland paths and lakeside, which are lovely for a dog: pine needles underfoot, filtered light and a waterline that frames a running animal beautifully. A long lead keeps everything relaxed and within the rules, and it can be kept low in the frame. Langley Park is another possibility, with its arboretum and parkland, under the same county restrictions. A dog that has walked for ten minutes first will settle into a sit far more readily, so allow time before the camera starts. Pack your pet's favourite high-value treats, a squeaky toy and some water. Cats, rabbits and nervous rescues usually do better in the studio, where the space is quiet and enclosed; the Northwood studio is about 6 miles from Iver Heath, with parking close by, and the session there runs entirely at the animal's pace.
