We keep to the edges during the ceremony, using quiet cameras and natural light so your officiant, your guests and your vows are never interrupted. For a service of any faith or none, we dress and behave respectfully, learn the shape of the day in advance and stay unobtrusive throughout the vows. We time our movements to yours, staying still through the readings and the promises, then finding the right spot for the first kiss as a married couple.
The cutting of the cake and the first dance often run close together, and we stay ready for both, keeping our light soft and our presence easy. Every room treats light differently, so for a London wedding we plan around the spaces you choose, from the Grade I listed Orangery in Holland Park, which holds ceremonies for up to 120 guests, to the Victorian Conservatory at the Horniman Museum and Gardens. From our studio it is an easy run out to Greater London, and we always allow generous time so we can settle in well before the first shot. We would rather arrive early and relaxed than cut it fine, so we set off in good time for weddings anywhere in Greater London and the counties beyond.

We hold your date as soon as a signed agreement and a booking deposit are in place, with the remaining balance settled before the wedding. That deposit both reserves your date against other enquiries and comes off the final total. The paperwork is kept plain and straightforward, and we are always glad to talk any of it through before you decide.
How much it comes to depends on your coverage hours, whether you include a second photographer and if you want an album. Ask to see complete galleries from genuine weddings rather than a handful of highlights, look for a style that feels true to you, and choose someone whose company you enjoy when you meet. For prime dates, above all summer Saturdays, couples often book a year to eighteen months in advance, so sooner is better. Still, it never hurts to ask at shorter notice, because gaps around London do come up now and then. Once you have a date in mind, a quick message to confirm we are free costs nothing and saves regret later.
Once you are happy to go ahead, we hold your date with a signed agreement and a booking fee. Until both are in place we cannot promise the date will still be free, as we take a limited number of weddings each year. We would always encourage you to get in touch early to avoid disappointment.
