What we photograph

Every kind of story across the city

London brings us every sort of celebration, and we love that variety. We photograph weddings of every tradition, from intimate register office ceremonies to full Asian, Hindu and Muslim celebrations that run across several days. We also take on family and newborn sessions, gentle shoots that grow with your children year after year, and professional headshots for people who need to look their best on a website or a profile.

For businesses we handle commercial and event work, from product and interior sets to conferences and awards evenings. We photograph pets too, because they are part of the family. Back at the studio we frame your prints, restore old and damaged photographs and take compliant passport and ID photos, so one visit can cover more than you might expect.

After more than two decades working here we know London's rooms and light well. We have photographed in a wide range of hotels and banqueting halls, in churches, temples and gurdwaras, in register offices, parks and private studios, and we arrive knowing where the good light falls and how each space likes to run.

When a day moves between several venues, a morning at home, a ceremony one side of the city and a reception the other, we plan the route and the timings with you in advance so nothing feels rushed. Distance is never an issue from our Northwood base. We travel across every borough as a matter of course, so tell us where you are and we will be there.

We photograph weddings and portraits in venues of every kind across London, and after more than two decades here we know how each one behaves. Our work takes us into grand hotels and banqueting halls, into churches, mandirs and gurdwaras, into register offices and civic suites, and out to parks, gardens and riverside terraces when a couple wants natural light and open space. Asian weddings often move through several of these in a single celebration. Because we have returned to many of these rooms again and again, we arrive knowing where the good light falls, where guests will gather and how the timings tend to run.
