Multi-day weddings ask for stamina and planning, so we map the running order with you beforehand and pace ourselves to be sharp from the haldi to the last song. We are calm and unhurried, gathering the whole story without ever getting in the way. We capture the details too, the flowers, the jewellery, the mandap and the mehndi, that make your day yours.

From our London base we travel across Greater London for Asian weddings, and Greenford, a west London suburb with a large South Asian community, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Northolt and Feltham. Around Greenford we regularly photograph at Fairway Pavilion, West Middlesex Golf Club and Greenford Hall, among others.

Greenford is a suburb in the London Borough of Ealing with a large South Asian community. Greenford station on the Central line, with a Great Western branch connecting to the Elizabeth line at West Ealing. When there is time for couple portraits, Ravenor Park, Greenford's largest park and home to the annual July carnival is a favourite, and Horsenden Hill, one of the highest points in Ealing, on the edge of Greenford makes a memorable setting.

The blessings of the elders close many ceremonies, and we capture them with warmth. At a Muslim nikah we photograph the vows, the mehr and the joyful moment the couple are declared married. The joining of hands, the knotting of the couple's garments and their first shared steps carry a marriage forward, and we document each stage as it comes.

The farewell, when the bride leaves her family, is the most tender moment of many Asian weddings. The groom may arrive on horseback, by car or on foot, and whichever way he comes, we are ready for the procession and the dancing around him. At the milni the two families meet and embrace, garlands are exchanged and the elders greet one another, and we record the warmth of that first joining.
