Milni happens outside, early, in a run of paired embraces that nobody announces in advance, so the order of pairs is something we request the night before. Langar is not a portrait session; it is hands, plates and steam, taken from standing height and otherwise left alone. Come the doli, whatever contrast the day had is gone, and the useful frames sit inside the car doorway rather than beyond it.
