- Aquadrome café dog-lead zone. Under Three Rivers District Council's dog control order, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the area around the Café in the Park at Rickmansworth Aquadrome. 4
- Scotsbridge play area and facilities. Scotsbridge on Park Road has a skate park, tennis courts, football pitches and a landscaped play area with swings, a trampoline, a space net and a zip wire. 5

We drive out from the Northwood studio with lighting and a long lens, then photograph the animal on ground it already uses, such as the Aquadrome or your own garden. Cats and rabbits stay indoors. No animal has to be taken to a studio it does not know.
Please do. Yes: a favourite toy or a few treats help your pet settle and give us something to catch its attention with. When you visit us from Hertfordshire, know that we bring plenty of our own too, plus squeaky toys and a range of very silly noises.

A wonderful variety. Dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, rabbits, guinea pigs and horses can all be photographed. Most animals are welcome, and if yours is unusual, give us a call first to talk it through. Whatever the animal, we work patiently and shoot quickly.
Yes, and doing both in one session beats splitting them. The dog is photographed alone first, while its patience is intact, and people join for the last stretch. At the Aquadrome that means quieter grassland set back from the walks, where a lead can come off if recall holds. Everyone should turn up in footwear that copes with wet grass.

Pet, portrait and family shoots are booked in advance at the studio, and printing, framing, restoration and scanning happen in house. To talk through a dog, cat or rabbit session before booking, call in at the Northwood studio Monday to Saturday 10:30 to 18:00 or Sunday 13:00 to 18:00.
