Watford Register Office is at 31 Hempstead Road (WD17 3EY); while its ceremony room is closed for construction work, ceremonies for up to 20 guests are held at nearby Cheslyn House, and 'You and Two' ceremonies can still be booked at the register office itself. Groups and speeches are run from a written list, so the timetable holds and guests are not left standing about.
