Serving Barnet
Barnet is a leafy north London borough. We know the venues of London and the surrounding area well, and move easily between the ceremony and reception across Enfield, Brent. Your celebration in Barnet is in experienced hands, from the first event to the last dance.
We are calm and unhurried, gathering the whole story without ever getting in the way. We keep the calm of the ceremony and the energy of the reception in equal measure. We anticipate each ritual, whatever the tradition, so the key moments are never missed.
Barnet is a leafy north London borough, and we love photographing Asian weddings here and across London and the surrounding area. We regularly cover nearby Bexley and Brent as well. In and around Barnet, we have photographed at venues such as West Lodge Park, Hendon Town Hall and Cavendish Banqueting Suite.
A leafy north London borough centred on the historic market town of Chipping Barnet, site of the decisive 1471 Battle of Barnet. High Barnet is the northern terminus of the Northern line. We often take couples to Oak Hill Park in East Barnet for a few quiet portraits, and The Hadley Highstone monument at Monken Hadley marking the Battle of Barnet is a lovely backdrop nearby.

What we offer
A sneak preview soon after the wedding, with your full gallery and album to follow.
Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim and Tamil ceremonies, with the rituals and rhythm of each understood.
From the morning preparations to the last dance, every event told as one story.
Every tradition
At the gurdwara, the couple's walk around the Guru Granth Sahib during each laav is captured with reverence. For Sikh couples, the Anand Karaj and the four laavan in the gurdwara are the heart of the day, photographed with the calm the Guru Granth Sahib deserves. At a Hindu wedding, the pheras around the sacred fire seal the marriage, and we capture them close.
The dhol and dancing of the baraat are pure joy, and we capture every bit of the energy. From the first event to the last, we tell the full story of the celebration. The farewell, when the bride leaves her family, is the most tender moment of many Asian weddings.

The whole celebration
Many families hold an engagement long before the wedding, and a mehndi or sangeet the night before. The early events are full of warmth and laughter, and we photograph them with the same care as the ceremony.
Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue. For the busiest days, a second photographer covers two moments at once, the baraat and the preparations.
Why choose us
With twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings behind us, nothing about an Asian celebration surprises us. We have built our reputation on reliability, warmth and a genuine love of the work.
We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us across London and the surrounding area. We are London-based and travel across Greater London and the wider region for Asian weddings.

Where we travel
From our London base, Barnet and the rest of Greater London are an easy, familiar journey. We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them.

Always. We carry backup cameras, lenses and memory cards to every wedding, and we back up your images on the day as we go, so your photographs are safe. After twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings, being prepared for anything is second nature to us.
Yes. We photograph the muhurtham, the tying of the thali and the many rituals of a Tamil or South Indian wedding, and we understand their early timings and their sequence.
Most Asian weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best and captures the whole story. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events, and can cover a single key day or a long weekend from beginning to end.
Yes, and it is one of our favourite parts of the day. We capture the dhol, the dancing and the groom's arrival, and the milni as the two families meet, with all of its energy.
