Ruislip station is served by two lines rather than one, Metropolitan as well as Piccadilly, out on the Uxbridge branch, and that single fact splits the people who book headshots here into two groups who want different things from the same hour. One group travels in to an employer in central London, where the rest of the staff were photographed by whoever the firm uses, and their portrait has to slot into a grid of other portraits without announcing itself as new. The other group works close to home, in Hillingdon and along the branch, and needs one picture that has to serve a profile, a bio and a conference badge with nobody else's to match.
