Walk over from Northwood
From Northwood, Northwood Hills or Moor Park the studio on Joel Street is a short walk, so a booked sitting fits around a working day without a car.

The headshot studio sits on the Joel Street parade in Northwood Hills, so for people in Northwood and Moor Park a LinkedIn sitting is a walk round the corner. Offices in Harrow, Uxbridge, Stanmore and Wembley can have Kaushik set up on site instead.
The short answer
Book a sitting at the studio at 21 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, two minutes from the Metropolitan line station, or have Kaushik bring a backdrop and lights to your office. The studio is 1.5 miles from Pinner and 3.5 from Harrow town centre, so most of North West London is a short drive away. A single studio sitting takes around 20 to 30 minutes. Prices are given on request, and travel to an office is set out in your written quote.
Excellent service! I went to Kaushik for a headshot photo - the entire process was quick and professional & the photos were high-quality, edited fantastically and exactly what I needed!
I recently had a photography session here for my website, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The photographer was incredibly professional, calm, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I absolutely love all of the photos, they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, professional photography
Highly recommend!!! I came from Qatar and found this famous Photographer Kaushik Bathia who took my photographs! Absolutely incredible. He touched up on blemishes and really made the photo look so beautiful!
The Joel Street studio
The studio is on the shopping parade that the builder Harry Neal put up beside Northwood Hills station in the 1930s, and the station is on the Metropolitan line in fare zone 6. If you live or work in Northwood, Northwood Hills or Moor Park, a headshot is something you can fit into a lunch hour: walk over at your booked time, sit for around 20 to 30 minutes, and walk back. Sittings are booked ahead by phone or WhatsApp, so the backdrop and lights are ready when you arrive.
From Pinner, Eastcote, Ruislip or Hatch End, all under two miles away, the studio is a short drive, and from Harrow it is about three and a half. For one person updating a LinkedIn profile, a speaker page or a practice website, the studio is usually the simpler choice: there is space to change tops, the light stays the same from frame to frame, and there is time to try a few expressions until one looks like you on a good day. Harrow's office centres
Harrow Council describes Harrow town centre as a major office location, and names South Harrow, Rayners Lane and Stanmore as the borough's other office centres. In the town centre, the 1960s and 1970s office blocks sit along Lyon Road and the western end of College Road, and 79 College Road, opposite Harrow-on-the-Hill station, is a serviced centre of about 43,000 sq ft with meeting rooms and coworking. Phoenix Business Centre on Rosslyn Crescent lets serviced studio offices with 24-hour access.
In the north of the borough, smaller firms can take space in shared buildings. Harrow Business Centre at 429-433 Pinner Road in North Harrow has offices for one to eight people over four floors and meeting rooms hired by the hour, which is enough space for a backdrop and two lights. Churchill Court, a gated courtyard of 11 office buildings, stands directly opposite North Harrow station. Harrow is a short drive to the studio, or Kaushik comes to you; see headshots in Harrow and corporate headshots in Harrow.
West of the Pinn
Uxbridge is the administrative centre of Hillingdon and a commercial town in its own right: its office buildings hold UK and European offices of companies including Coca-Cola European Partners, Cadbury, Xerox and General Mills, and Hillingdon Council's vision for the town centre sets out to support that office market. The town is about 4.9 miles from the studio, so a morning team session there is an easy booking, with the travel from Northwood set out in writing before you confirm.
Further south, Stockley Park is a business estate developed from 1984 to an Arup design, set in about 88 acres of parkland with lakes and 140,000 trees, and its occupiers include Gilead Sciences, Canon and Marks and Spencer. Nearby in Hayes, the Grade II* listed Hayes Park campus by Gordon Bunshaft was Heinz's UK headquarters until 2017, and the Shipping Building on the Old Vinyl Factory site houses offices for firms such as Sonos. In South Ruislip, Odyssey Business Park has over 140,000 sq ft of offices a short walk from the station. See headshots in Uxbridge and Hayes.

Honeypot Lane and Wembley Park
On the eastern side, Stanmore has its own cluster of small business space. Stanmore Business and Innovation Centre on Honeypot Lane lets offices from 111 to 1,500 sq ft, including incubator units, and HubSpace at Devonshire House, a little further along Honeypot Lane, has over 30,000 sq ft of offices with meeting rooms and parking. Up the hill, 37 Stanmore Hill is a locally listed Georgian building now let as small offices. A start-up in one of these buildings can book a single bookable meeting room for the morning and have every founder photographed in the same light.
Wembley Park, about six miles from Northwood, is where Brent Council has its headquarters: Brent Civic Centre on Engineers Way is a nine-storey building by Hopkins Architects with a 30-metre atrium. Brent also lists affordable workspaces nearby, such as Second Floor Studios & Arts at Maple House on Empire Way and the Seeds hub on Empire Way. For offices here and in Stanmore, Kaushik comes to you; the studio remains an option for anyone who would rather sit there. See headshots in Stanmore and Wembley.
Team days
A team set only looks like a set when the backdrop, the light and the crop stay the same for everyone. Kaushik fixes all three at the start and leaves them alone, so the partner photographed first thing and the trainee who comes in after lunch sit side by side on your website without anything jarring. What helps from your side is a room with clear floor space, a list of names, and one person who sends colleagues along in turn.
If your staff are split between two sites, say a head office in Uxbridge and a branch in Harrow, the same set-up can travel to both so the pictures match. Alongside the formal headshots, the same visit can cover people at their desks or in a meeting for a careers page, and if you also need the premises or products, see commercial photography in North West London. Company bookings are explained further on the corporate headshots page.

Planning
From Northwood, Northwood Hills or Moor Park the studio on Joel Street is a short walk, so a booked sitting fits around a working day without a car.
Harrow Business Centre on Pinner Road hires meeting rooms by the hour, which suits a sole trader or a small team that has no boardroom of its own.
For an office at Stockley Park, tell us the building, the floor and how visitors sign in, and we plan arrival and set-up around your reception.
Incubator tenants at the Stanmore Business and Innovation Centre can book a meeting room and have each founder photographed against one matching backdrop.
A firm with staff in Uxbridge and Harrow can have both sites photographed with the same backdrop and lighting, so the team page reads as one set.
These are the business districts and high streets in North West London where office headshots are most often needed, each with its source.

Good to know
Yes. The studio is on the Joel Street parade in Northwood Hills, 0.4 miles from Northwood, so from Northwood, Northwood Hills or Moor Park you can walk over at your booked time. Sittings are arranged in advance by phone or WhatsApp on 07956 505383, which means the backdrop and lighting are set up before you arrive.
A single headshot sitting usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes in the studio. That leaves time for a change of top, a few different angles and expressions, and a look at the frames together on the spot before you choose the ones to have retouched.
Yes. Kaushik brings a backdrop and lights to your office and sets them up in a meeting room or any space with some clear floor. Uxbridge is about 4.9 miles from the studio and Stockley Park sits between Hayes and West Drayton, so the travel from Northwood is quoted up front and set out in writing before you book.
Harrow town centre is about three and a half miles from the studio, and both Harrow-on-the-Hill and Northwood Hills are stations on the Metropolitan line. You can come to the studio for a single sitting, or for several colleagues Kaushik can come to your office in Harrow instead.
Yes. Wembley Park is about six miles from the studio and Stanmore about four and a half, and in both cases Kaushik comes to your office with a portable backdrop and lights. If one or two people would rather come to the studio in Northwood Hills, that can be arranged alongside the office visit.
Bring two or three tops in plain, mid-tone colours, and leave busy patterns and large logos at home. If you wear glasses every day, wear them for the photograph too. A jacket over a plain top works for most professions, and a second, more relaxed option gives you a choice for different profiles.
Headshot prices are given on request by phone or WhatsApp on 07956 505383, because they depend on whether it is a single studio sitting or an office visit, how many people are photographed and how many retouched images you need. Any travel to your office is set out in your written quote.
Behind the camera is Kaushik Bathia, established in Northwood since 2001, FBIPP and FMPA, with five European Kodak Gold Awards.
