Book a meeting room
A room about three metres by four with a socket is enough for the backdrop and lights, in any Bedfordshire office.

Professional headshots for Bedfordshire businesses and individuals, photographed with portable lights at your office, or in a controlled setting at the Northwood studio.
The short answer
Yes. Kaushik brings a portable backdrop and lighting to offices across Bedfordshire, from Luton and the airport area to Dunstable, Flitwick and Bedford, and photographs staff one at a time so work carries on. A small meeting room is usually enough. Individuals can also book the Northwood studio. Headshot prices are given on request, and travel from Northwood to your Bedfordshire office is quoted up front and set out in writing before you book.
Our usual session area is within about 20 miles of the studio. Further out in Bedfordshire, sessions are by arrangement, with travel quoted in writing before you book.
…I needed some photos done for my acting career and Kaushik came highly recommended. It was helpful to know he is very experienced in taking photos for this purpose and kindly advised me on what outfits to wear to produce the best photos. Kaushik was very patient, helpful and professional which made it very easy to feel relaxed and comfortable during the shoot.
Excellent service! I went to Kaushik for a headshot photo - the entire process was quick and professional & the photos were high-quality, edited fantastically and exactly what I needed!
I required some portrait shots to be taken. Mr Bhatia, did an amazing job, Very friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend.
On site
A team headshot day is planned around your rota rather than ours. Kaushik arrives early, sets up a backdrop and lights in a meeting room, and then photographs each person in turn. Staff come in, sit or stand, look at a couple of frames on the back of the camera and go back to their desks. We plan the slots with you so nobody waits and the office keeps running.
Because every image is lit the same way against the same backdrop, the results sit together neatly on a website team page or in a tender document. New starters can be photographed later in the year to match, either at another office visit or at the studio.

Where you work
Bedfordshire's working geography follows its transport. In the south, the Luton Dunstable Busway runs on the old railway line between Houghton Regis, Dunstable, Luton and the airport, and Luton Airport Parkway station serves London Luton Airport with step-free access to every platform. The Woodside industrial area of Dunstable and Houghton Regis connects by the Woodside Link to junction 11A of the M1, which opened in 2017.
In the middle of the county, Flitwick sits about 4 miles from junction 12 and has a Thameslink station on Steppingley Road. In the north, Bedford is the county town, with East Midlands Railway and Thameslink services on the Midland Main Line and a step-free station on Ashburnham Road. Wherever your office is, the set-up is the same: a quiet room, a power socket and a little floor space.
LinkedIn and individuals
If you need a single headshot for LinkedIn, a speaker profile or a professional register, the studio is often simpler than an office visit. A single sitting usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and you can bring two or three tops to try. Kaushik coaches expression and posture, so the result looks approachable and confident rather than stiff.
If you are self-employed in Bedfordshire, from a consultant in Ampthill to a tradesperson in Leighton Buzzard, you can have a mix: a formal headshot plus a few relaxed images at work. That can be done at your premises, with travel from Northwood set out in your written quote.

The studio
The studio is at 21 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, on the Joel Street parade, and two minutes from Northwood Hills station on the Metropolitan line. By road it is about 20 miles from Luton and Dunstable, about 24 from Leighton Buzzard and about 37 from Bedford. Studio sessions give a choice of backdrops and full control of the lighting, which suits actors, authors and anyone who needs several looks.
A smaller Bedfordshire team can travel together to the studio instead, which keeps the office free. We can also mix the two, photographing most people on site and anyone who missed the day at the studio.
Getting it right
Clothing in solid, mid-tone colours works well, and a jacket gives shape. Avoid fine stripes and small checks, which can shimmer on screen. Bring glasses if you normally wear them. Kaushik takes a range of expressions and angles, then you pick the frames you like; the chosen images are retouched lightly so you still look like yourself.
For a company, agree a style before the day: backdrop colour, crop and whether people stand or sit. Share it with staff in advance so everyone in the office arrives ready.

Planning
A room about three metres by four with a socket is enough for the backdrop and lights, in any Bedfordshire office.
Give staff short slots across the morning so nobody waits and work continues around the session.
Keep the same backdrop and lighting on file. New staff can be photographed later at the studio to match the set.
A second colour or a jacket on and off gives you choice without making the session longer.

No. A small meeting room with a little clear floor and a power socket is enough. Kaushik brings the backdrop, stands and lights, and packs everything away at the end.
Proofs are sent shortly after the session for you to choose from, and the finished, retouched headshots follow once you have made your selection. If you have a deadline, such as a website launch, tell us when you book.
