One look across every office
If your staff are split between Watford and Hemel Hempstead, the backdrop, light and crop stay identical at both sites, so the team page reads as one set.

Kaushik photographs professional headshots in Hertfordshire offices, from Clarendon Road in Watford to the business parks of Hemel Hempstead, or at the Northwood Hills studio for individual sittings. Team days keep one consistent look from the first person to the last.
The short answer
You can have a professional headshot taken at your own office anywhere in Hertfordshire, with Kaushik bringing lighting and a backdrop, or at the studio at 21 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, which is 3.8 miles from Watford and 3.6 from Bushey. Office visits suit teams; the studio suits individuals updating a LinkedIn photograph or a website profile. Headshot prices are given on request, and the travel from Northwood to your office is set out in your written quote.
Our usual session area is within about 20 miles of the studio. Further out in Hertfordshire, sessions are by arrangement, with travel quoted in writing before you book.
I recently had a photography session here for my website, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The photographer was incredibly professional, calm, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I absolutely love all of the photos, they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, professional photography
It was a pleasure working with Kaushik who managed to help me at short notice to provide official photos for professional use at very short notice and was able to support me whilst abroad. Thanks and would highly recommend their services.
I went the studio for the photoshoot and Mr Batia is proffessional, courteous ,efficient and cheerful. I love my photos and will come again. Highly recommend.
Watford's office core
Watford is where most of the county's office headshots are needed. The Watford Local Plan 2021 to 2038 names Clarendon Road the town's Primary Office Location and a regional office hub for South West Hertfordshire, and professional services are Watford's largest employment sector, with 14% of jobs. Hertfordshire County Council treats the town as a major sub-regional centre, and its transport links have drawn several companies to base their head offices there.
From the studio, Clarendon Road is under four miles away. That makes a morning team session straightforward: Kaushik sets up in a meeting room before your first colleague arrives, and people come in one at a time and return to their desks. The same applies to Watford Business Park, a 30-hectare employment area on Greenhill Crescent, and to Croxley Park, whose 13 buildings between Rickmansworth and Watford hold about 700,000 sq ft of office and business space.

Studios and business parks
Hertfordshire's film and media cluster has its own need for headshots: crew profiles, production office pages and company directories. Leavesden Park, next to Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, lets offices of 250 to 10,000 sq ft in Buildings 5 and 6, with tenants including The Production Guild. In Hertsmere, Centennial Park at Elstree is the borough's designated Key Employment Site, with 15 hectares of modern business premises.
In Hemel Hempstead, Maylands Business Park is the town's main industrial area, renamed after the 2005 Buncefield fire. The former paper mill sites at Apsley now hold large offices on the Doolittle Meadows site, occupied by Hertfordshire County Council, Epson and HSBC. Kaushik brings the same portable kit to each site, so a firm with staff in Watford and Hemel Hempstead can have headshots that match across both offices.
Smaller firms
Not every business has a boardroom. STANTA Business Centre in St Albans, run by the St Albans Enterprise Agency, offers single desks and offices for up to 12 people plus meeting rooms, with free parking. Kings House Business Centre on Station Road, Kings Langley, has 39 offices and meeting rooms beside the station. A bookable meeting room in a centre like these gives enough space for a backdrop and two lights.
Sole traders, consultants and people changing jobs usually find the studio simpler. You arrive, change if you want a second look, and we work through a few angles and expressions until there is one that suits your LinkedIn profile, a speaker biography or a company website. The studio is on the Joel Street parade, two minutes from Northwood Hills station on the Metropolitan line.

Team days
A consistent set of team photographs depends on three things: the same backdrop, the same light and the same framing for everyone. Kaushik fixes these at the start of the day and leaves them alone, so the finance director photographed at nine looks like part of the same set as the graduate photographed after lunch.
What we need from you is simple: a room with some clear floor space, a list of names in rough order, and someone to send people along in turn. Alongside the formal headshots we can photograph people at their desks or in a meeting for the careers page. If you also want the building, products or premises photographed, see our commercial photography in Hertfordshire page.
Plenty of people live in Hertfordshire and work in London. Harpenden, for example, is a commuter town with a direct rail link to central London. For a LinkedIn headshot you do not need to squeeze a city studio into a lunch break: a sitting at Northwood, or a booked meeting room near your station, gives the same clean, professional result.
A strong LinkedIn photograph is cropped close, lit evenly and shows you looking at the camera with a relaxed expression. Bring two tops in plain, mid-tone colours, leave busy patterns at home, and if you wear glasses every day, wear them for the photograph. There is more advice on our headshots page, and company bookings are covered on the corporate headshots page.

Distance and town pages
Offices in the south-west of the county are close: Croxley Green is 3.7 miles from the studio, Watford 3.8, Abbots Langley 7.2 and Kings Langley 7.9. Hemel Hempstead (10.6 miles) and St Albans (10.9) take a little longer, and Stevenage, Hitchin and Letchworth Garden City lie between 22 and 28 miles away. Travel from Northwood is quoted up front and confirmed in writing before you book.
Town pages carry more local detail: see Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Rickmansworth. Prices are given on request by phone or WhatsApp on 07956 505383, and the Hertfordshire photographer hub lists every other service in the county.
Planning
If your staff are split between Watford and Hemel Hempstead, the backdrop, light and crop stay identical at both sites, so the team page reads as one set.
A small boardroom is enough. Clear one wall for the backdrop and have blinds to hand, so the afternoon sun does not drift across faces partway through the day.
Keep a note of the backdrop and crop. New joiners can be matched at the Northwood studio, 3.8 miles from Watford, without waiting for the next team day.
Plain, mid-tone tops photograph cleanly. Bring a jacket if your clients expect one, and a second option in case the first sits too close to the backdrop colour.
These business districts and high streets come from council plans and business sources, so you can see where Hertfordshire's offices cluster.

Good to know
Yes. Kaushik brings a backdrop, lights and everything else needed to turn a meeting room into a small studio, whether your office is on Clarendon Road in Watford, at Maylands in Hemel Hempstead or in a serviced office in St Albans. Travel from Northwood is shown in your quote before you book.
Yes. Firms often have people in two or three places, such as Watford, Leavesden and Hemel Hempstead. We set the same backdrop, lighting and framing at each site and book the visits on consecutive days or weeks, so the finished set matches.
Of course. The studio at 21 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, is 3.6 miles from Rickmansworth and Bushey and two minutes from Northwood Hills station. Individual sittings suit LinkedIn profiles, speaker biographies, company websites and job applications.
For a classic headshot, a plain studio backdrop in a colour agreed beforehand, usually grey, white or a soft tone to match your branding. For a more relaxed look, we can use your office itself, an atrium or a window wall, softened so it does not distract from your face.
Prices are given on request by phone or WhatsApp on 07956 505383, as they depend on the number of people, the number of sites and where you are in the county. Each quote lists the travel from Northwood in writing before you book.
Wear what you would wear to meet an important client. Plain, mid-tone colours work best; very fine stripes and large logos tend to distract. Bring a second top or jacket so we can switch if the first does not sit well against the backdrop.
Yes. Headshots and commercial photographs can be booked on the same visit, covering the reception area, people at work and any products. The Hertfordshire commercial photography page explains how those shoots are planned.
Kaushik Bathia, FBIPP and FMPA, photographs every session personally and has done so from the Northwood studio since 2001, with five European Kodak Gold Awards along the way.
