Can you take corporate headshots at our office in Buckinghamshire?

Yes. Kaushik brings lights and a backdrop to your office anywhere in Buckinghamshire, from the business parks at Denham and Chalfont Park to Old Amersham, Beaconsfield New Town and Chesham. A meeting room is usually enough. Individuals can also visit the Northwood studio, about 4 to 11 miles from most south Bucks towns. Prices are on request, and travel from Northwood is quoted up front and set out in writing before you book.

Our usual session area is within about 20 miles of the studio. Further out in Buckinghamshire, sessions are by arrangement, with travel quoted in writing before you book.

Business parks and town offices across south Buckinghamshire

Most of the county's office work near the studio sits in a few clusters. At Denham, about 4 miles away, Bosch has its UK head office and the former film studio land at Broadwater Park, between the A412 and Moor Hall Road, was redeveloped as a business park. Pinewood Studios at Iver Heath hosts a community of more than 150 businesses on its lot.

Chalfont Park, the former estate near Chalfont St Peter, became a business park in 2000 to 2001. Old Amersham is home to Halma's headquarters and a Regus business centre at St Mary's Court on The Broadway, and Chesham has clusters around the Underground station, Broad Street and Chess Business Park. Each of these is within about 11 miles of Northwood.

Running a headshot day in a Buckinghamshire office

For a team, we set up in one room and photograph people one at a time, in short slots, so nobody is away from their desk for long. The lighting stays fixed all day, which keeps every headshot matching even when staff arrive across a morning or a whole day. A quiet meeting room of about four by three metres is plenty.

We send a short brief beforehand on clothing, glasses and grooming, and agree the background colour with whoever looks after your brand. Staff who miss the day can visit the studio later and the result will still match. Corporate headshots sets out how larger days are organised.

No office of your own

Shared offices and hired rooms for smaller firms

Plenty of Buckinghamshire firms are small, and not every one has a spare room. Coworking spaces and hired rooms work just as well. Beaconsfield Town Council hires out its council chamber and a small meeting room at the Town Hall on Penn Road, and Chalfont St Peter Community Centre on Gravel Hill has rooms used for training sessions and business meetings.

In Gerrards Cross, the Community Association at 8 East Common has first-floor rooms for meetings of 10 or 30 people. If a group of sole traders or a networking circle wants matching headshots, one of these rooms and a booked morning can cover everyone. We bring all the equipment, so the room only needs power and some space.

Plenty of people in the Chalfonts, Amersham and Beaconsfield work in London and want a sharp LinkedIn headshot without taking a day off. The studio at Northwood Hills is two minutes from the station on the Metropolitan line, which also serves Amersham, Chesham and Chalfont & Latimer, so an early or late session fits around a commute.
