LinkedIn, team and personal-branding headshots for offices, coworking desks and shopfronts between Mill Hill and Islington. Kaushik brings a matched lighting set-up to your workplace, 8 to 15 miles from Northwood.
The short answer
Kaushik Bathia photographs headshots at your office or coworking space anywhere in North London, from the serviced offices on Bunns Lane in Mill Hill to the workspaces around Old Street and Wood Green. A single sitting takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and a team gets the same light, background and crop for every person. Travel from Northwood, between 8 and 15 miles away, is set out in your written quote, and the price is given on request.
Perfect place to get headshot or passport photos taken! High quality, great speed, professional, edited to perfection.
Thank you for the photos taken for my son's lookbook. They are fantastic!
Highly recommend!!! I came from Qatar and found this famous Photographer Kaushik Bathia who took my photographs! Absolutely incredible. He touched up on blemishes and really made the photo look so beautiful!
On location
North London's workplaces are spread out rather than stacked in one business district, so the headshot session comes to wherever your people sit. At the Barnet end that might be Churchill House at 120 Bunns Lane in Mill Hill, which lets serviced offices on short-term renewable licences, where a small firm can borrow a meeting room for an hour and have each person photographed in turn. Mill Hill is about 8 miles from Northwood, the nearest part of the area.
Further south, Brent Cross Town is being developed by Related Argent with Barnet Council between Hendon and Cricklewood and is planned to hold workspace for 25,000 people, with Brent Cross West Thameslink station open since December 2023. A company moving into new space there may want a fresh, consistent set of portraits for its website, and a quiet corner with a plain wall is all the set-up needs. Town-level detail is on our Mill Hill headshots page.

Tech and design
At the inner end of the area, about 14 miles from Northwood, Islington holds the densest cluster of offices. Tech City, nicknamed Silicon Roundabout, grew from 2008 around the Old Street Roundabout on the Islington and Hackney border, and The Trampery at 239 Old Street offers coworking desks, private studios and meeting rooms to charities, social enterprises and creative and tech businesses. A start-up headshot here can be relaxed: an open collar, a softer background, a picture that works on a pitch deck as well as on LinkedIn.
Clerkenwell has more than 200 showrooms that partner with Clerkenwell Design Week, so architects and interior designers may want portraits that sit comfortably beside polished project photography. The Business Design Centre at 52 Upper Street, built in 1862 as the Royal Agricultural Hall, combines office, showroom and conference space, which makes it practical to pair headshots with a stand or showroom shoot on one visit. Camden and Haringey
Camden's offices come with character. The Interchange at Camden Lock is a Grade II listed railway warehouse of 1901 to 1905, built over an 1850s canal basin and horse tunnel and converted into offices in 1989, while Greater London House on Hampstead Road began in 1926 to 1928 as the Art Deco Carreras cigarette factory. Brick, timber and tall windows make good environmental backgrounds, though a team page still needs a matched, plain version, so it is worth planning both. Start-ups at Camden Collective, which offers free hot-desking in vacant buildings, can book individual sittings the same way (see Camden headshots).
In Haringey, Wood Green is named in the London Plan as one of Greater London's metropolitan centres. Ashley House, a five-storey business centre less than a minute's walk from Wood Green tube station, the Clockwise Wood Green coworking space and ARC Tottenham, with its desks, private offices and podcast studio, all have meeting rooms that can be borrowed for a morning of sittings. Haringey Council publishes an interactive map of workspaces in the borough, a quick way to find a room if your own office is open-plan. More is on our Wood Green headshots page.

How a sitting runs
A single headshot sitting takes around 20 to 30 minutes. Kaushik talks you through small changes to chin, shoulders and eyes, reviews frames with you on the spot, and carries on until you have a picture you are happy to attach your name to. Glasses, fringes and dark suits are all manageable; mention them when you book so the light is set for them from the first frame.
For a team, the light, background, distance and crop are fixed before the first person sits down and stay the same for everyone, so the faces line up on your About page. Retouching is natural and keeps skin looking like skin. Edited files arrive web-ready and print-ready within a few working days, cropped for LinkedIn, your website and any print use you mention. The national corporate headshots page explains team days in more detail.
Getting there
Your colleagues reach work by many lines, and so does a shoot. Mill Hill Broadway is a Thameslink stop in fare zone 4, Finchley Central is the zone 4 junction for the Mill Hill East branch, New Barnet sits on the Great Northern route in zone 5, Tottenham Hale links the Victoria line with Greater Anglia and the Stansted Express, and Old Street serves the Northern line's Bank branch. Kaushik drives the lighting kit in, so a parking bay or loading space near your door makes set-up quicker.
Travel from Northwood to your office is quoted up front and set out in writing before you book, and the session price is given on request by phone or WhatsApp on 07956 505383. If you work alone and have no meeting room, an individual sitting can also take place at the Northwood studio. Teams at Enfield Civic Centre on Silver Street, whose 12-storey steel tower opened in 1975, and firms on the Brimsdown Industrial Estate can be photographed on site, about 14.6 miles from Northwood.
Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End now lets fixed desks, hot desks and private studios, so freelancers working there can share one booked room and take turns in front of the same backdrop.
Owners of the restaurants on Golders Green Road and the shops on the Finchley Road at Temple Fortune can sit for a headshot before opening, with the shopfront as an optional second background.
Businesses around Tally Ho Corner in North Finchley, where the roads to East Finchley, Church End, Friern Barnet and Whetstone meet, are about 10 miles out and close to Woodside Park station.

Good to know
Yes. Kaushik sets up a matched light and background in a meeting room or quiet corner, then photographs each colleague in turn, so the set looks like one team. Offices in Camden are about 11.5 miles from Northwood and Islington about 14.1 miles, and the travel is shown in the written quote.
An individual sitting runs around 20 to 30 minutes, including a look at the frames together. For a team day in a North London office the running order is planned person by person around your meetings, so nobody queues and the room is only needed for as long as the shoot.
Travel is part of the quote rather than a surprise. Enfield Town is about 14.6 miles from Northwood and Edmonton about 15.1, the far edge of the area. The figure for the journey is set out in writing before you book, next to the session price.
Yes. Coworking spaces such as Clockwise Wood Green and Ashley House have meeting rooms that members can reserve. Book a room for the session, tell us its size and window direction, and the set-up is planned to fit.
Plain, mid-tone tops photograph well against grey or white, and a jacket adds structure. Bring a second option in a different colour, avoid fine stripes and large logos, and wear what you would wear to meet a client. The headshots page has more pointers.
Edited, naturally retouched files are delivered within a few working days of the session, in web and print sizes. Tell us if you need a particular crop for an intranet, a speaker profile or a press release.
Yes. Actor headshots use a neutral background, several looks and crops sized for casting profiles, with honest editing that keeps a true likeness. A sitting can take place at home if there is a window and a plain wall, or at your agent's office.
