Book a room with a window
A meeting room with some floor space and daylight we can shade makes a headshot day in an Oxford, Bicester or Banbury office run smoothly from the first sitter.

Office headshot days for Oxfordshire teams, single LinkedIn portraits, and studio sittings in Northwood for anyone happy to make the trip.
The short answer
Yes. Kaushik brings a backdrop and lights to offices in Oxford, Bicester, Banbury and the villages between, sets up in a meeting room and photographs staff one after another, so nobody is away from their desk for long. For an office 38 to 51 miles from Northwood, travel is quoted up front and set out in writing before you book the day.
Our usual session area is within about 20 miles of the studio. Further out in Oxfordshire, sessions are by arrangement, with travel quoted in writing before you book.
Thank you for the photos taken for my son's lookbook. They are fantastic!
…Kaushik knows his stuff and is very friendly and helpful, ready to go that extra mile to provide a really good service. He made us feel relaxed, comfortable and very much at home throughout the session - these details are so important to help you look your best. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kaushik to anyone looking to have great photographs taken.
Kaushik has been absolutely fantastic!! I called him to book for a photoshoot session for my parents anniversary, last minute with just one day in advance. he was super responsive and was able to accommodate. He was also understanding when they were running late. Even more impressive is that he put my parents at ease and was able to get great shots, its their first photoshoot and it turned out great!
Office days
A team day runs smoothly when we have a room with some floor space, a plug socket and a window we can shade. Kaushik sets up the backdrop and lighting before your first sitter arrives, then photographs each person in turn, checking expressions as he goes. The same background and light on every headshot keeps your website team page and LinkedIn profiles looking like one company.
Send us a list of names and a rough schedule, and we turn it into a timetable for the day, with gaps for people in meetings. For Oxfordshire offices we agree a start time that allows for the drive of 38 to 51 miles, so set-up is finished before anyone is called in.

Where the work is
Oxford's compact centre is built around Carfax, where pedestrianised Cornmarket Street meets Queen Street, St Aldate's and the High Street. If your office is in one of the centre's older buildings and the meeting rooms are narrow, tell us the room size and we will plan a set-up to fit. The city is also home to the University of Oxford, whose departments, research groups and colleges need consistent staff portraits too.
Banbury, which Cherwell District Council describes as Oxfordshire's largest town with around 60,000 people, has the district council's base at Castle Quay. Bicester was designated a garden town in 2014, with planned growth expected to take it from 37,020 people at the 2021 census to around 50,000. Bicester joins the M40 at junction 9, and both towns have Chiltern Railways stations with trains to London Marylebone.
Single sittings
If you only need your own headshot, for LinkedIn, a speaker profile or a company website, there are two routes. Kaushik can photograph you at home or at your workplace in Oxfordshire against a plain wall or a portable backdrop, or you can visit the studio at 21 Joel Street in Northwood Hills, where the lighting is already in place. A single sitting takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and you can see frames on the camera as we go.
Bring two or three tops in solid colours, avoid busy patterns and logos, and wear what you would wear to meet a client. Glasses are fine; the lights are angled to keep reflections down. Our headshots page has more on outfits and expression, and the corporate headshots page covers larger team bookings.

Booking
Headshot prices depend on the number of people, whether we come to you, and how many images each person needs, so they are given on request by phone or WhatsApp on 07956 505383. For any Oxfordshire office or home, travel from Northwood appears in your written quote before you agree to anything. Retouching stays natural: blemishes and stray hairs are softened, but faces still look like the people your clients will meet.
If your company also needs pictures of premises, products or an event, they can be photographed on the same visit. See commercial photography in Oxfordshire, or the Oxfordshire photographer page for every service we offer in the county.
Planning
A meeting room with some floor space and daylight we can shade makes a headshot day in an Oxford, Bicester or Banbury office run smoothly from the first sitter.
A list of names and time slots keeps each sitting short, so staff in a busy Oxfordshire office lose minutes, not a morning.
Settle the background colour and framing before the day, so new starters photographed later in the year match the faces already on your website.
At 38 to 51 miles from Northwood, an Oxfordshire office day starts a little later than a studio booking, leaving time for set-up before the first sitting.

Good to know
Set-up takes around half an hour, then staff come in one at a time to a timetable we agree with you. How long the whole day runs depends on your headcount. For Oxfordshire we add the drive from Northwood either side, which is why the start time is agreed in advance.
Yes. We can set up in a department office, seminar room or common room, as long as there is space for the backdrop and lights. Where a building has strict access rules, the department arranges access and tells us where we can set up before the day.
Yes. An outdoor headshot against greenery or old stone suits personal branding and some LinkedIn profiles. In Oxford, the streets near Carfax and the University Parks give two different looks, and in Banbury the area around Banbury Cross gives a town-centre setting. We agree the spot when you book.
Headshot prices are given on request, because they depend on numbers, location and how many final images each person needs. Call or WhatsApp 07956 505383 with your headcount and office town, and you will receive a written quote that sets out the travel from Northwood.
Yes. The studio is at 21 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, two minutes from Northwood Hills station on the Metropolitan line. It suits one or two people who want a classic studio headshot, and saves you clearing a room in your Oxfordshire office.
Yes. We keep a note of the background, lighting and framing from your first session, so new starters can be photographed at the studio or on a later Oxfordshire visit and still match the rest of the team on your website.
Your photographer is Kaushik Bathia, a fellow of both the BIPP and the MPA with five European Kodak Gold Awards, working from the studio he opened in Northwood in 2001.
