Windsor adds one problem the brochures do not mention: the castle is in the skyline whether you invite it or not, and three days of outdoor pictures from the same handful of vantage points start to look like one afternoon repeated. The fix is to decide in advance which day gets the wide royal frame and which days go somewhere plainer. Every family has one person who keeps the running order in their head, and it is rarely either of you. Locating that person as we arrive at each event beats any printed schedule, since they know when the aunts are landing, when food will genuinely appear, and which of the two times on the invitation anyone is keeping to. After that, we stop asking and start working, and the printed timeline becomes decoration.

Different traditions place ceremonial authority differently, and that alters our behaviour, not merely our position. Sometimes a priest owns the tempo and no one hurries it. Sometimes a signature is the event, and the room falls silent around a table. Sometimes everything hangs on an arrival at a door. Which it is gets settled before the week opens, because treating one tradition as though it behaved like the next is how a photographer misses the only minute that counted. Asking is cheap, and assuming is not.

What is your photography style for an Asian wedding?+

Observational through the ceremonies, deliberate when portraits and group photographs come round. We hold colour near what the room actually had, since reds and golds turn strange once a file is pushed, and nobody wants a lehenga going orange.

We are planning a three-day celebration in Windsor. Can you cover every event?+

Yes, and booking the three together beats booking them separately. Whoever was there on Friday knows by Sunday which uncle is quiet and where each family stands. Send a running order covering all of it and every day gets planned in its own right.

Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?+

Yes. One ordinary hour beats a production for most couples. The real benefit is that we see how you both stand together, and you see what we are like, ahead of the week itself.

How many photographs will we receive from a multi-day wedding?+

More than a single day gives, though nowhere near three times as many, because the edit strips near-duplicates instead of counting them. Each event comes with a gallery of its own, delivered together, with weak frames removed rather than padding a total.
