Documentary Storytelling
Calm, unobtrusive coverage that captures the day as you lived it, never staged.
Hindu and Gujarati wedding photographer in Stanmore, capturing the joy of the baraat and the devotion of the mandap alike, with calm, storytelling coverage and fine-art albums.
Serving Stanmore
Stanmore is a leafy north-west London suburb close to grand venues. We photograph Hindu weddings across Greater London, including Edgware, Harrow Weald and Belmont, at mandaps, temples and banqueting halls. From Stanmore we cover weddings right across Greater London, at temples, hotels, marquees and banqueting suites.
We balance documentary coverage with a few quiet portraits, so your album holds both energy and elegance. We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind each ritual. We document each event as it happens, so your gallery feels true to the day you lived.
Much of our work takes us across Greater London; Stanmore, a leafy north-west London suburb close to grand venues, and the towns around it, including Edgware, Harrow Weald and Belmont, are very familiar to us. We also cover nearby Pinner and Ealing.

What we offer
Calm, unobtrusive coverage that captures the day as you lived it, never staged.
From the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and saptapadi around the agni, every ritual and its timing understood.
The seven steps around the holy fire and the giving of the sindoor and mangalsutra, captured with reverence.
Every tradition
We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. The blessings of the elders and the ashirwad close the ceremony, and we capture them with warmth. We anticipate the muhurat, the auspicious hour that sets the pace of the ceremony.
The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. The haldi is full of colour and play, and often holds the warmest, most natural moments. The reception is the joyful finale, with speeches, the first dance and the bhangra.

The whole celebration
A Gujarati celebration might open with the mandvo and grah shanti, followed by the pithi. We tailor the hours to your events, whether it is one key day or a long weekend of celebrations.
We document the grand moments and the quiet ones in between, so nothing is lost. For the busiest days, a second photographer covers two moments at once, the baraat and the bridal prep.
Why choose us
Families return to us, and recommend us, because we treat every ritual as it deserves. With twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings behind us, nothing about a Hindu ceremony surprises us.
We travel happily across Greater London and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration. We photograph weddings throughout London and the surrounding area, and Stanmore is firmly within the area we cover.

Where we travel
We will travel to your mandap, your reception and your pre-wedding events, wherever they are held. We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us across London and the surrounding area.

Good to know
You will receive a small preview soon after the day, followed by your full edited gallery. We then design a hand-finished album that holds the whole story of your celebration.
Most Hindu weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events.

Yes. For larger Hindu weddings we bring a second photographer so the mandap rituals and the guests are both fully covered, and the baraat and the bridal preparations can be photographed at once.
