Serving Islington
Islington is a fashionable inner north London borough. We travel throughout Greater London for Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati and Tamil weddings, and Camden, Hackney are all familiar to us. From Islington we cover weddings right across Greater London, at temples, gurdwaras, mosques, hotels and marquees.
We capture the emotion of the day honestly, from the laughter of the sangeet to the tears of the farewell. We work discreetly around the priest, the granthi or the imam, never intruding on a sacred moment. We are at ease with large, multi-day celebrations and intimate ceremonies alike.
From our London base we travel across Greater London for Asian weddings, and Islington, a fashionable inner north London borough, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Kensington and Chelsea and Lambeth. Venues we know well in and near Islington include Islington Town Hall and Islington Assembly Hall.
A fashionable inner north London borough centred on Upper Street and Angel, with a lively mix of shops, theatres and restaurants. Served by Angel station on the Northern line and Highbury and Islington station on the Victoria line and London Overground. For relaxed couple photographs, we like Highbury Fields, the borough's largest open space, and The Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal, in Highbury gives the day a strong sense of Islington.

Every tradition
The blessings of the elders close many ceremonies, and we capture them with warmth. We know the order of the rituals in each tradition, so we are always in position. At a Hindu wedding, the pheras around the sacred fire seal the marriage, and we capture them close.
We are glad to cover a single event or the whole multi-day celebration. The haldi or pithi is full of colour and play, and often holds the warmest, most natural moments. The sangeet is an evening of music and rehearsed dance, and we capture all of its energy.

The whole celebration
The days before the wedding often hold the most relaxed, candid moments of the whole celebration. Many families hold an engagement long before the wedding, and a mehndi or sangeet the night before.
The best galleries are spread evenly across the day, not saved for the ceremony alone. We stay through the evening to capture the reception, from the grand entrance to the last dance.
Why choose us
We are award-winning photographers with a long history across every Asian wedding tradition. Experience means we are ready for early starts, muhurat and muhurtham timings and the precise order of rituals.
Distance is never a problem; travelling to your venues is simply part of how we work. We cover London and the surrounding area and beyond, and are glad to travel further afield on request.

Where we travel
We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them. We will travel to your temple, gurdwara, mosque, reception and pre-wedding events, wherever they are held.

Good to know
Yes. We stay through the evening to capture the grand entrance, the speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, right to the last guest on the floor. The reception is the joyful finale of the celebration, and we photograph all of its energy and colour.
Most Asian weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best and captures the whole story. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events, and can cover a single key day or a long weekend from beginning to end.
You will receive a small preview soon after the day, followed by your full edited gallery. We then design a hand-finished album that holds the whole story of your celebration.
Yes. We photograph the dignity of the nikah, the signing of the contract and the giving of the mehr, along with the warmth of the walima, working respectfully within the customs of your family and arranging additional photographers where events are held separately.
Of course. We regularly photograph fusion and mixed-faith weddings, blending the traditions of both families with care and understanding. Having worked across Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati and Tamil ceremonies, we are well placed to tell the story of a day that brings two customs together.
