Kaushik photographed out wedding on september last year. He was so professional and was great with everyone making them laugh before taking all the snaps. We are set up for studio portraits in Northwood and for on-location shoots at parks, wedding venues, churches and temples across Watford, Abbots Langley and Leavesden. From engagements and weddings to maternity, newborn, first-birthday and christening portraits, we can photograph each stage of family life.
We plan for the days a family marks on the calendar, from a small civil wedding (Watford Register Office is currently holding ceremonies for up to 20 guests at nearby Cheslyn House) to a graduation or an anniversary years later. For a graduation, a christening or a fiftieth birthday, we plan a relaxed session that feels like an occasion rather than a line-up of poses. A cake smash is quick and messy, so we set up in advance, work fast and let your one-year-old decide how it goes.

If you would rather be outdoors, we can photograph at your home, your venue or somewhere like Leavesden Country Park on College Road, with its woodland walks, play area and café. One booking can also combine the two, for example a studio sitting and then an outdoor set along the Heritage Trail in Leavesden Country Park, a route suitable for buggies and wheelchairs that passes nine sculptures.
Yes, and a maternity shoot pairs naturally with newborn portraits once the baby arrives. Around 30 to 34 weeks usually works best, when the bump is well rounded but you are still comfortable. Maternity sessions take place at the studio, where gowns are provided and we guide you into flattering, relaxed poses.
