We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. The most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance with a quiet long lens. We are mindful of every family's customs at the mandap, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marwari or North Indian.

We capture the lively baraat as the groom arrives, with the dhol, the dancing and the milni. The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it. We photograph the bridal preparations with a gentle, unobtrusive eye.
