Serving Hillingdon
Hillingdon is London's second-largest borough, on the western edge. We photograph Muslim weddings across Greater London, including Uxbridge, Hayes, at mosques, banqueting halls and marquees. We photograph nikah ceremonies at mosques, banqueting halls and homes right across Greater London.
We are calm and unhurried at the mosque, gathering the whole nikah without ever getting in the imam's way. We are at ease with multi-day Muslim celebrations and intimate nikah ceremonies at home alike. Our approach is quietly documentary, so you can pray the dua and say the ijab-e-qubool without a lens in your face.
Wherever your venues are across Hillingdon and Greater London, we plan the route and the timings in advance. Hillingdon is London's second-largest borough, on the western edge. We also photograph in nearby Ickenham and Islington. Hillingdon and the towns around it offer venues such as The Barn Hotel, Abshar Banqueting and The Cavendish, all familiar to us.
London's second-largest borough on the western edge, taking in Uxbridge and much of Heathrow. Served by Hillingdon (Swakeleys) and Uxbridge tube stations on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, near the A40 Western Avenue. For portraits away from the celebration, Hillingdon Court Park works beautifully, and The Battle of Britain Bunker at the former RAF Uxbridge adds a real sense of place.

What we offer
The groom's joyful baraat arrival with his family, photographed with all of its energy.
Beautifully bound albums and fine prints designed around your favourite nikah and walima images.
The imam or qazi's khutbah and blessing of the couple, photographed from a respectful distance.
Every tradition
For many families the qazi conducts the ceremony, and we photograph it exactly as you keep it. The imam's khutbah and the dua that follows are moments of stillness we photograph with respect. We keep our distance during the most sacred moments and step in only for the joyful ones.
The dholki brings evenings of singing and drumming before the wedding, and we photograph their energy. The mehndi night is full of colour, music and dancing, and often holds the warmest moments of all. The henna of the mehndi is intricate and detailed, and we photograph both the design and the laughter around it.

The whole celebration
A multi-day Muslim wedding can run across three or four days, and we plan our coverage around all of them. Some couples keep an elaborate sequence of events; others a simpler one, and we shape coverage to yours.
We capture the walima in full, the speeches, the family and the energy of the floor. We stay through the evening to capture the walima, from the grand entrance to the last dance.
Why choose us
We have built our reputation on discreet, respectful coverage of the nikah and a genuine love of the work. Over a thousand celebrations have taught us when to step close for the mahr and when to stand back during the dua.
Wherever your mehndi, nikah and walima take place across London and the surrounding area, we will be there in good time. A female photographer for the ladies' side travels with us wherever your mehndi and walima are held.

Where we travel
We cover London and the surrounding area and beyond for the mehndi, the nikah and the walima, and travel further afield on request. We photograph nikah ceremonies throughout London and the surrounding area, and Hillingdon is firmly within the area we cover.

Good to know
Very. We photograph the nikah and the signing of the contract from a respectful distance with quiet, long-lens work, mindful of modesty and prayer times, so the ceremony is never disturbed.
Popular dates book up well ahead, so we recommend enquiring as early as you can, ideally once your date is set. Tell us your wedding date and venues in Hillingdon and we will confirm availability straight away.
Absolutely. We regularly cover the mangni, the mehndi, the dholki, the nikah and the walima in Hillingdon, and are glad to bring additional photographers, including a female photographer for the ladies' side, for the largest celebrations.
Yes. Our style is mainly documentary, so most of the day is captured naturally, but we will also gather a handful of timeless couple and family portraits, so your album holds both the candid moments and the elegant ones.
Of course. Whether it is an intimate nikah at home with close family or a walima of several hundred guests, we tailor our coverage to your day, giving a small celebration the same care and attention as a large one.
