Serving Camden
Camden is a vibrant inner north London borough. Couples come to us from across London and the surrounding area, and Islington, Westminster are firmly on our patch. We are experienced with segregated celebrations, covering both sides of the day with sensitivity.
Our style is unobtrusive at the masjid, so the nikah feels like yours and never a photoshoot. We respect gender-segregated celebrations and plan our coverage of the men's and ladies' sides with care. We photograph the solemn nikah as faithfully as the henna and dancing of the mehndi night.
A female photographer for the ladies' side is available across Greater London, and Camden, a vibrant inner north London borough, is well within our patch. We also cover nearby the City of London and Eastcote. In and around Camden, we have photographed at venues such as Camden Town Hall, The Standard London and The Bloomsbury Hotel.
A vibrant inner north London borough famous for Camden Market and a long-standing live music heritage. Camden Town station on the Northern line, with Chalk Farm a short walk away. When there is time for couple portraits, Primrose Hill, with its celebrated viewpoint over the London skyline is a favourite, and The Roundhouse, a former 1847 railway engine shed now a leading music and arts venue makes a memorable setting.

What we offer
Hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your nikah, mehndi and walima.
We work with respect for modesty and prayer times, quietly around the imam and the families.
The imam or qazi's khutbah and blessing of the couple, photographed from a respectful distance.
Every tradition
For many families the qazi conducts the ceremony, and we photograph it exactly as you keep it. We anticipate the reading of the vows and the signing of the contract, so nothing is missed. The rukhsati, when the bride leaves with the groom, is the most tender moment, and we photograph it gently.
From the first event to the last, we tell the full story of the celebration. The henna of the mehndi is intricate and detailed, and we photograph both the design and the laughter around it. From the henna of the mehndi to the music of the dholki, the events set the tone for the wedding.

The whole celebration
The days before the wedding often hold the most relaxed, candid moments of the whole celebration. The pre-wedding events often span several days, each with its own mood.
The story often ends with the rukhsati, as the bride leaves with the groom. We know the order and timing of the wedding day, so we are always in position for each moment.
Why choose us
We are award-winning photographers with a long history of Muslim and Asian weddings, from the baraat to the walima. A thousand weddings in, we still find every walima unique, and photograph it that way.
We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us to mosques and banqueting halls across London and the surrounding area. We travel happily across Greater London and the surrounding counties for the baraat, the nikah and the walima.

Where we travel
We cover London and the surrounding area and beyond for the mehndi, the nikah and the walima, and travel further afield on request. A female photographer for the ladies' side travels with us wherever your mehndi and walima are held.

Good to know
Very much so. We know the nikah by heart, from the ijab-e-qubool and the mahr to the signing of the nikah-nama and the dua, and we position ourselves so each moment is captured calmly.
Yes. Alongside your edited digital gallery we design a hand-finished, fine-art album, so the whole story of your celebration, from the mehndi to the walima, is held in something beautiful to pass down the generations.
Of course. We regularly photograph weddings that blend cultural events such as the mehndi and the baraat with the religious nikah, and we cover fusion and mixed-faith celebrations with care, respecting the traditions of both families throughout the day.
Most Muslim weddings run from the morning preparations through to the walima, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations, taking in the mehndi and the dholki, we tailor the hours to your events and your budget.
Absolutely. The mangni, the mehndi and the dholki are often where the warmest, most natural moments happen, and we are glad to cover them as part of your wedding, with a female photographer for the ladies' events where you wish.
