Absolutely. Time is what a nervous cat needs, and we allow plenty of it. Whether at the studio or in your home in Hayes, we keep the room quiet, let the cat explore at its own pace and start only once it is curious. A timid cat shows its character once it has decided we are harmless.

Most pet sessions happen at your address or on ground the animal already knows, so coming to you is the default rather than an extra. Tell us where the animal is happiest and that is where we start.

Because we say in advance exactly what the session will be. Barra Hall Park early in the day, meeting at the gate, forty minutes on the lawns while the paths are still quiet. Bring the squeakiest toy in the house and something the animal genuinely works for; we hold both and use them for eye contact. If it goes badly, we come back again.

Yes, and we enjoy it. A very dark pet is a rewarding challenge, and we light one so the coat and eyes keep all their detail. Pale and white coats get the same attention, so they keep their texture rather than burning out.
