the City of London is the historic financial heart of the capital. From the gurdwara to the reception, we keep the day flowing across venues throughout Camden, Islington. Sikh weddings often begin early in the gurdwara, and we are always in good time for the milni.

We arrive early for the gurdwara start, stay through the doli and keep pace with the reception. We document each event as it happens, from the morning milni to the langar, so your gallery feels true to the day. Inside the gurdwara we work with great discretion, heads covered and shoes removed, never intruding on the kirtan.

We travel throughout Greater London for Anand Karaj ceremonies, and the City of London, the historic financial heart of the capital, is one we know well. We also photograph in nearby Eastcote and Enfield. the City of London and the towns around it offer venues such as Merchant Taylors' Hall, Painters' Hall and Ironmongers' Hall, all familiar to us.

The City of London is the capital's historic financial district, known as the Square Mile and governed by the City of London Corporation. Served by Bank and Liverpool Street stations, with the Central, Northern, Circle and Elizabeth lines all running through it. We often take couples to Postman's Park, a quiet green space near St Paul's with mature trees and benches for a few quiet portraits, and St Paul's Cathedral, designed by Sir Christopher Wren is a lovely backdrop nearby.

We keep our distance during the laavan and the prayers, and step in only for the joyful greetings. From the milni to the final ardaas, the Anand Karaj tells its own story, and we follow it closely. We work discreetly at the back and the sides of the darbar sahib, so the Anand Karaj is never disturbed.

From the turmeric of the maiyan to the music of the jaggo, the events set the tone for the wedding. We photograph the bridal preparations with a gentle, unobtrusive eye. The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it.
