New Covent Garden Market
The UK's largest wholesale fruit, vegetable and flower market, at Nine Elms, with about 200 trading companies. Early-morning shoots there catch the produce and the trade at full pace.

Product shots, shopfronts, menus, staff and premises for businesses south of the river, photographed on site at your shop, stall, kitchen or office. Kaushik brings the kit to you.
The short answer
Yes. Kaushik Bathia photographs products, premises, food and staff for businesses in South London, about 12 to 20 miles from Northwood, on site at your shop, market stall, restaurant or office. That includes traders in Brixton, Tooting and Greenwich markets, firms in Wimbledon, Kingston and Sutton, and makers in Deptford and Merton Abbey Mills. Travel from Northwood to your premises is set out in a written quote, with the shoot priced on request by phone or WhatsApp.
Kaushik took very lovely photos of us and our food product products and professional photos. He gave us ideas which we didn’t think about and executed each photo perfectly. He has helped us tremendously as his photographry vision has made our dreams come to light.
…I needed some photos done for my acting career and Kaushik came highly recommended. It was helpful to know he is very experienced in taking photos for this purpose and kindly advised me on what outfits to wear to produce the best photos. Kaushik was very patient, helpful and professional which made it very easy to feel relaxed and comfortable during the shoot.
Kaushik was great, photos were returned quickly and we got all the shots we wanted. Excellent and professional.
Markets
South London still trades in the open. Borough Market has been on its current site since 1756. Brixton Market has more than 80 council-licensed street pitches on Electric Avenue, Pope's Road and Brixton Station Road. Lewisham market in front of the shopping centre began in 1906 and runs six days a week with around 64 stalls. Greenwich Market, granted its Royal Charter in 1700, sells antiques, arts, crafts and street food, and Kingston's Ancient Market has more than 20 permanent stalls.
A market trader needs pictures that work on a phone screen: the stall from the front, the hero product close up, the hands at work, and a portrait of the person behind the counter. The light under a market canopy changes through the day, so an early start before the crowds is usually calmer and cleaner. The images then serve an online shop, delivery app listings and social media. See the Lambeth commercial page for Brixton and Lower Marsh.

High streets
Northcote Road in Battersea is a half-mile shopping street near Clapham Junction, with a food market dating back to the 1860s and an indoor antiques market. Tooting Market, opened on its current site in 1930, houses food vendors, tailors, fabric sellers and salons. Mitcham Market is Merton's main council-run market, and Morden's Abbotsbury Road market trades every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Sutton High Street is pedestrianised for most of its length, with a conservation area from the station to Trinity Square, and became London's first Heritage Action Zone in 2017. Shopfront and interior pictures for an independent there can show the period building as well as the stock. Kingston's Bentall Centre has 75 stores behind the 1935 facade of the old department store. The Sutton and Wandsworth commercial pages go into more detail.
Makers and creatives
Merton Abbey Mills, on the site of the medieval Merton Priory beside the River Wandle, is now home to independent shops, restaurants, bars, a theatre and a market, with a Grade II listed waterwheel. Deptford Market Yard hosts a fortnightly Saturday craft market for local makers, and Design District on Greenwich Peninsula has studios for more than 170 businesses in design, tech, fashion and media.
Makers may want two kinds of picture: clean product frames for the online shop and a story of the workshop for the About page and social media. Both can be done in one visit, with a plain backdrop set up in a corner for the products and the rest of the time spent on the bench, the tools and the hands. If you prefer, smaller products can be sent or dropped at the Northwood studio for white-background work.

Business parks and offices
The western boroughs have a different commercial shape. Richmond upon Thames lists business and industrial parks including St Clare Business Park in Hampton Hill, Teddington Business Park, Mortlake Business Centre and Heathlands Industrial Estate in Twickenham, and Kempton Gate Business Centre in Hampton has 70,685 square feet of industrial floor space. In Merton, nearly 7,000 businesses provide more than 60,000 jobs.
For a firm on a business park, commercial photography often means the premises, the production line or warehouse, the staff at work and a consistent set of team portraits for the website. Planning the day around shift times and safety rules is part of the brief. Send a list of the areas you want photographed and any site inductions, and the day is set out in order. Travel from Northwood to the south-west boroughs is quoted up front and shown in writing. See the Richmond upon Thames commercial page.
Location fees
If you want a product or brand shoot in Richmond, Bushy or Greenwich Park, commercial photography there is handled by the Royal Parks' dedicated filming team, which sets location fees according to the purpose of the shoot, the crew size and the time on site. Ask them early, as the fee and the permission are separate from our quote and sit with you.
Town-centre streets are a different matter. Be Richmond and Discover Twickenham are the Business Improvement Districts for those town centres, with levy periods beginning in 2026, and Kingston First and Vauxhall One run the BIDs in Kingston and Vauxhall. If you are a levy-paying business, your BID is a good place to ask about any events or campaigns where fresh imagery would help. The national commercial photography page sets out the types of shoot.

Planning
The UK's largest wholesale fruit, vegetable and flower market, at Nine Elms, with about 200 trading companies. Early-morning shoots there catch the produce and the trade at full pace.
Catford's street market moved to Catford Broadway in 1929 and was revived in 1976 with 35 licensed pitches. A trader there needs bright stall shots that work on a phone screen.
A conservation area since 1984, lined mostly with 19th-century commercial buildings. Shopfront photography there can make the most of the period facades.
Subsea 7 has made Sutton its new world headquarters. Engineering and science firms there need staff portraits, premises and event images in one consistent style.
Food and menu photography happens in your own kitchen and dining room, so dishes are shot as they really leave the pass. Plan around a quiet service period.
